I have realized not many Africans are getting jobs in Dubai,simply because they are disqualified at the drop off of the CV.Most CVs have attachment of photos remember.I was unfortunate enough to walk into a tour and travel agency and this ladies could not even express themselves in English but simply because they are from the Phillipines,and this being an Indian company,they prefer asians.We have dragged racial discrimination into the work place hence many companies are closing down.Please employ skilled people not colour.
