Thanks Bruce, you are very kind. The video was shot on a DSLR Canon 650D. For the narrow depth of field shots I used prime lenses, Canon 50mm F1.8 and Sigma 30mm F1.4. Had to use a Neutral Density Filter to achieve narrow depth of field.
Hi Into the Wild, I want to put together a video of our time at straddie and was wondering if I could get this clip to use some of the parts in my video like the barge shot etc. it’s only for personal use and not for business marketing or anything. Is this possible? Thanks! Chris
Beautiful video! I really miss Straddie... I was living there 2011 and 2012 and wrote a song about my experience there. I've been looking for creative commons videos to merge clips together to form an accompanying video. Would you mind if i used some short clips of sea, sand and sky from your video please? :) Ray
um, just stumbled upon this, and it is INCREDIBLE. Captures the laid-back vibe, and you're right, it's absolutely stunning out there. I'm from Brisbane and we run tours regularly out there. To see it through your lenses is awesome! I'll be sharing this on our fb page. Where are you based?
Thanks for your very kind comments. I'm based in Brisbane, feel free to share on FB and other social media to promote your tours. You can also check out some of my other SEQ vids on my TH-cam channel
Selmesfilms Awesome thanks man. If you're keen to collaborate on something you can find our contact details on our FB. We're always travelling to cool locations, so much to see.
This is a great video! I was wondering if you would extend the favour like you did for Banana Life, I was wondering if I could use small snippets of the clip on my webpage to show case how cool Straddie is. I would credit you for the video and have a link that would link back to here too, to say thanks.
This just popped up in my feed and some very familiar territory there... nicely done 💖💖
