throttle control is like release gas for a bit then gas again?

just a small release in gas but you are still stepping on it a little bit.
You see the meter on the right with the 2.0 when fully stepped on gas. When you do the throttle control, it goes to either 1.0 or 1.5.

Differences on the gear shift and sometimes after some tight turns, you might need to shift down 2 gears. Overall, you need to have skills in order to win.
