    I have been trying to see if I was able to find a bank that will fund it for me in Canada and I am not able to do so. Do you have any suggestions

    Thank you so much for this video. It was informative. Ques: Did you have to show IRCC the original letter your uncle wrote or an email copy would suffice?

      Your welcome. He scanned it and send via email. A copy can suffice.

      Just ensure that it's signed off on by the relevant person's. Notary, lawyer etc

    To prove that yr married, couldn't you use yr marriage certificate and maybe get the statement notorize? Also how much did your lawyer charge to do the application

    • @reidswayworld100
      @reidswayworld100  ปีที่แล้ว

      Unfortunately a marriage certificate is not enough these days. They want to see conversations and pictures of you and your spouse, so be mindful of that. My lawyer charge $600 CAD.

    Did you have to pay the full tuition for the year before starting school

    • @reidswayworld100
      @reidswayworld100  ปีที่แล้ว

      No hun, the deposit that I paid before entering Canada was used for my first semester.

    • @Palmsforever
      @Palmsforever ปีที่แล้ว

      @@reidswayworld100 May I ask how much was that deposit

    • @reidswayworld100
      @reidswayworld100  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Palmsforever different schools have different deposit requirements. Also some schools do request you to pay the school fee upfront. So bear that in mind. My school asked for $5000 CAD Deposit.

    In a situation where you have somewhere to stay in canada at a relative would that also help in any way? Also what bank would you recommend for a loan as a international student going to canada?

    • @reidswayworld100
      @reidswayworld100  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes it does in some sense, living expense from IRCC perspective would not be so burdensome. I'm not able to provide any advise regarding bank loans and tuitions Hun, because I have never taken that route sorry.

  • @sashisamzja
    @sashisamzja ปีที่แล้ว

    I was gonna ask if u actually needed to use ur family's money based on the living expenses but u kinda answered that. Im assuming the money u make when school break was enough to finance ur next semester or school year.
    Also when would u advise is the best time to get apply for your family?

    • @reidswayworld100
      @reidswayworld100  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Sashi, you can apply at any time after you have arrived in Canada for your family. Just ensure that all the requirements are met!

    Is it 1 yr school fee or 1 yr tuition fee? I think sch fee is added miscellaneous fees but they said tuition fee.

  • @akayliasplayhouse7709
    @akayliasplayhouse7709 ปีที่แล้ว

    Even though your uncle sponsor you your account has to have the tuition fee plus the living expenses cost in it

    • @reidswayworld100
      @reidswayworld100  ปีที่แล้ว

      My uncle letter states that he will be covering my expense while I study. Even though I paid part of my school fee, I still had the balance in my account.

    Ik I'm late but can your parents be in Jamaica and still be able to sponsor you?

    • @reidswayworld100
      @reidswayworld100  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, yes they can. Once your parents bank account have sufficient funds to prove the amount required by IRCC.
