It could work yes, same with holy paladin as well but I believe the priest version is the strongest. Overall it's not a very strong comp. That's not to say it's bad, just not something S tier or even A tier imo. We've tried both versions with Fire/Frost and Frost feels the "safest" but struggles against Lock/Shaman comps, so we opted to play Fire to equalize more of the matchups. Maybe with the shaman version you can play more of the Frost version to help against Jungle while still doing well against RLS. Try it out and let me know if you like it!
