It seems highly likely it’s through the secrets event, which is good news. The question mark, the fact it’s called ‘indecipherable’, and the fact it uses the word ‘secrets’ in its description all point towards it being the case. So many hints dropped.

If any bike needed or deserved to be a flying mount also it’s this one. They have to make it able to be flown.
