    Salamat po sir, nalinawan n ako kung paano gumagana ang chopper transformer at ang function ng regulator ic.. nagrerepair po kc ako ng board ng microwave, kaso ndi ko po yun narerepair kung hindi ko mauunawaan ang proseso ng power supply. ❤❤❤

    Thank you sir new subscribers tanong kolang sir Yung power supply ng computer ko kasi lumobo ang capacitor 1000uf 10v wala kasi ako makita na 10v pwede ko ba gamitin 1000uf 16v o Kaya 25v hindi ba magkakaproblema pero pareho siya na 1000uf.

      Pwede Sir, pede nio gawin 2200 uf/16volts or 25 volts ok lang Sir.

      Pag may short sa secondary walang kang output kasi ma dedetect ng sa primary supply. Kailangan i-hang mo muna lahat ng load mo para malaman mo kung saan section ang may short.

      Iyong negative test prod ng tester sa negative ng capacitor ang positive test prod naman sa positive ng capacitor. Ngayon pagdating sa Voltage silipin mo na lang ang ang working voltage ng capacitor. Halimbawa 16volt dapat may masukat ka na mula 9 volts o 12 volts man

      Check mo kung tama ang VCC supply ng driver ng PWM IC, resistor, sa feedback circuit, pag ok lahat medyo grounded na ang board. Gamitan mo muna ng 100 watts na scandecsent bulbs bilang fuse, dapat hindi siya iilaw pag umilaw ng bahagya ibig sabihin may partial short

    Sir newbie po ako, ok lang po ba na magtest ng component na nasa pcb lang sya nakakabit or ano mga dont and dos para matest ng accurate ang isang pyesa para mlaman na tlagang ito ay good or deffective..

    sir meron po ako inaayos na smps. yung primary cap po is 200V/100uf. ano po mostly ang reasons kung ang main primary capacitor reading is below 7 DC volts lang po.

      Una Sir sa paggamit ng grounding, dapat sukatan mo muna ang main dc supply at tingnan mo iyong circuit kung ilang dapat ang output supply, kung duda ka na capacitor try mo magpalit.

    sir ano kaya problem pa ng charger ng ebike
    napalitan ko na ung mosfet at mga diode at open na resistor at pwm ic..pero di parin nag osilate nag fluctuate ung supply ng vcc ng pmw ic..tapos walang 5v sa vref nya..

      Tama kayo Sir dati ginagamit ko nong bago palang ako madalas DMM Sanwa na Dgital, mas madali mangitim ang LCD pag madalas mo gamitin sa mga high voltage supply, pwede naman basta huwag mo lang ibabad ng matagal ang test probe kasi sensitive ang mga IC ng mga digital.

      Sir lahat ng power supply pare-pareho ang working principle, basta alam mo ang "Basics"
      iba-iba man ang output, basta alam mo ang principle ng primary at secondary.

      Hindi gagana ang positive kung walang negative electron dahil sa tinatawag na electric charge. Dahil ang cycle ng current dumadaloy sa pagitan ng negative to positive para sa DC cycle pag AC naman alternating cycle naman. Baliktaran ang polarity.

    Newbe lang boss tanong ko lang.diba ang primary ay ac volt at secondary ay dc paglabas ng tranpormer at dumaan sa diode doon palang magiging dc bat don sa primary sa may 220v supply may apat na diode papuntang capacitor n 400v dc na ang boltahe dba pero nasa primary..nalito lang ako sir doon sa transformer sabi mo ac pa ang lumabas saka palng maging dc pag dumaan na sa dalawang diode ng secondary..nakakalito lang sir kasi akala ko naging dc na dion palang sa primary sa apat na diode

      Kapag laging pumuputok ang mosfet maaari na fake ang mosfet na ikinabit, check nio Sir, mosfet driver at sa palibot ng primary components baka may shorted na diode o change value na mga resistor. Pag may short naman sa secondary wala lang secondary output supply.

      VDD,positive supply ng Mosfet for Drain at VSS negative supply ng Mosfet para sa Source. Sa BJT naman VCC para Collector positive, at ang negative VEE for Emitter ng transistor.

      Supply para sa start up driver boost voltage ng mosfet regulator.

      tignan sa datasheet ang internal schematic ng ic! yang viper at tiny na pwm ic, ang start up ay ang tumagos na +300v sa coil ng primary, once lang yon para mag start oscillation at mag produce ng pwm para sa power mosfet sa ic na magda drive ng negative sa coil. pagkatapos ma start, ang auxiliary winding na ni rectify at filter ng diode capacitor ang papalit para mag tuloy tuloy ang 12v supply ng ic hanggat umaandar ang chopper. ang opto coupler naman ang feedback sa monitor ng output para habaan ang "on" ng mosfet at tumaas kung kulang o iksian ang "on" at bumaba kung sobra ang output voltage. kaya nga pwm ic, naba vary ang pulsewidth o duty cycle ng frequency, automatic ayon sa namo monitor na output para ma attain ang regulation. ganon lang kasimple pero ang haba ng sulat ko. hehehe!

      @@frendtechievlog, bro tama siya (Nujal Orit) ng comment. tignan mo ang start ng viper at yong ic na tiny ang name, hindi makakapag start ang auxilliary dahil hindi pa umaandar ang chopper. ang mga unang pwm ic naka separate at dedicated ang mga start up supply, direkta sa main b+ thru series na hi value resistors tapos take over ng auxilliary pag andar ng chopper. tignan mo sample yung uc3842. hindi mo maaalis na may mag comment kung mali ka. maraming viewer ang babad sa repair, laging nakasungalngal sa datasheet pag nagso solve ng trouble. alam agad ang lalim ng pagka intindi mo sa electronics ayon naririnig na paliwanag mo. hindi ka dapat magalit. research lang para ma improve pa.
