Great review! I am debating between the DF3 Broomstick and the original DF3. I’ve putted with the original DF3 in local shops recently and really like it. Wish I could try the Broomstick before purchasing due to the cost of entry into L.A.B putters. Have struggled with putting confidence over the past few years and would like to try something new.
Would you upgrade the shaft? If you're spending that money why not go all out and get the tpt and give yourself every chance of holing the ball I mean that's why you get this in the first place? That's what I'm currently trying to decide
What did you do? I upgraded to the Diamana shaft on my Toulon and had one of my best rounds yesterday. Don't think I'm ever going back to stock steel. Scotty Cameron is lagging here.
LAB worked with me on the DF3 because it is the newest head. But I do like the added stability of the DF3, I feel like the head stays pointed at the target when I hit it off the toe better.
I’m wondering if the better shaft makes the lag putting better. I still have my odyssey center shafted blade long putter which is the best long putter I’ve ever used. Lagging is a cinch. I want the df3 to be great like that on long putts.
I started with a lab broomstick 2-3 months ago. Just love it! Long Lag putts take the longest to get right but really getting the hang of it.

@@golfwrxradio Ok so you got a 43,5 inches being 5'9", I'm 5'6" and ordered a 44 inch df3. I'll putt more upright I guess.
