Oh man, I told my kid to pack his things in a duffel (I usually carry stuff we would need during the trip in the car for entertainment, blankets, plushies to double as a pillow, etc.) My kid had almost filled it with his Lego sets, and a lot of plushies...I didn't realize it until we got to our first destination (camping with the family), LOL!

Where did you get the packaging cubes from?
I love those plastic mats! I keep them in my 1 year olds diaper bag. I used them years ago for my first born (she’s 11 now) and always loved them!

As a mom I allways pack some baby's motrin cuz my daughter was so sensitive with change tempetures. As well some dramamine cuz I have a horrible case of motion sickness.
It is good to plan a head and over-pack on some of the items because you never know when you might need them.
I use those same bottles for my baby dr brown they are amazing
