    I commend your effort and explain how to adjust a CPR valve but the right way is to place your gauge CPR right after defrost

      As long as you have a high load on the evaporator you can test your CPR. For example you wouldn't put the unit in Defrost if you are turning on the unit for the first time when the box is at 70 degrees. That wouldn't make much sense now would it?? He's doing it correctly. He's just showing you one of the many ways this can be done.

      rahmany alshugaa at first when you install the unit and it draws more amps than it is suppose to.

    5.8/5.9 isnt bad. that is actually a happy median. LRA40 when divided by 7 (recommended to divide LRA by 6-8 to find RLA) so 7 is a happy median, that comes out to 5.7. So your initial amps werent bad. Just another way to calculate for an RLA and find a range in which you can have your amp draw.

    You should have had your gauges on the unit as well as your amp probe.

    Does it gets out of adjustment by it self or why it needs to be adjusted?

      I installed a new one, so I had to adjust it as per manufacturer specs

    Question, my RLA is 10.4a to achieve that I have to close the cpr so much the suction pressure at the comp is only 6psi with 404a. That seems pretty low to me, what do u think?

      Depends. 6psi after the cpr valve or before the cpr valve? Your taking your reading before the after the cpr valve 6 psi seems right. However, if your taking your reading before the cpr valve (between the cpr and the evaporator) then you might have another problem.

    It’s a cpr not a car valve!!! You need to understand what it’s designed for before you make videos !!!
