I just went for a fat pad debridement surgery for 1 knee. My knee feels much better though it’s only week 4. Before the surgery my knee freaking hurts when squat slightly. Totally worth it.

Did you have patellar tendinitis as well? I’ve struggled with fat pad impingement for 2+ years even when doing PRP and following all PT scripts
