    We last left the Hebrews trapped on the beach between the sea and the Egyptian army. There are several locations that have been suggested for the crossing of the Red Sea and it is impossible to get a consensus on where the exact location was. We do have clues from scripture, archaeology, history, and even marine biology and bathymetry, that can help us narrow down the most likely place this event could have happened. This video looks at those clues and explains why we think the best candidate for the crossing is at Nuweiba Beach in the Gulf of Aqaba.
    Developed & Hosted by Michael Lane. Produced & Edited by Charlotte Fohner.

      It's weird how you say be careful of Wyatt and yet took footage of Moller's video, when Wyatt is the one who showed Moller where to go. I found most of what you say to be credible so far, and you are one and the same as the claims of Wyatt. Yet, you say be careful because they are fictitious? Something is off here with your claim.

    The problem is most of the area in the Exodus account is in an area that will not allow digs. Most of what was discovered was found via guerrilla archeology. Ron Wyatt was the first to find many of these sites and did a good job of documenting his findings.

  • @cyndiz6802
    @cyndiz6802 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +17

    Unfortunately, what he says about Wyatt is true. At times, he seemed to go off into Lala Land. But keep in mind that when he was finding the things that others later verified, the accademics ridiculed him. As far as the things found on the sea floor, it was actually his son who first discovered the coral structures. Myself, while I have not completely bought into Wyatt funding the Arc of The Covenant, I think it could be plausible. In fact, it's kind of goosebumpy to imagine that at the moment the High Priest would have been sprinkling an innocent animal's blood on the Mercy Seat, our Savior's innocent Blood was spilling over it.
    As far as I am concerned, many of Wyatts claims/findings have not been disproven. And everyone is allowed to make mistakes. All the academics who ridiculed him for suggesting the Red Sea Crossing was at this beach, NEVER apologized, as far as I know.
    BTW I am quite convinced the crossong site has been accurately identified.
    But then I also believe the remains of the Ark (Noah's) have been found in Turkey. So maybe I'm a crackpot, too.
    But more than anything else, I believe, God came to earth , taking on the form of a man, lived a sinless life, died to pay the price for all humanity's sin, rose again on the 3rd day, and sits now at the right hand of God. And anyone who chooses to believe this, AND surrender their life to Him, will have eternal life. He died so we can live.
    I dont pretend to understand it, but I know it's true.

      Actually most of his findings have been verified and disproven by actual arqueologists. The “blood” he found on the ark that he claims to be the blood of Jesus with half the chromosomes is snail residue. Ron also claimed that Noah built a column to mark the final resting place of his ark, that column was Roman. Those are just some examples that I remember, but I’m sure you can find other of his findings that have been disproven. 👍🏾

      When you find out how the Israeli antiquities department treated Ron after he found the ark of the covenant, you understand why there is a huge black cloud associated with him. What is ironic is that he was requested to help right after they said you’re done go home, they said they needed him to retrieve two Israeli soldiers from the area of the cave associated with the Ark.
      Ron was the first to locate the very items at the crossing site and I think many are standing on his shoulders of many of the findings. But sadly almost never give him credit.

    Note that the Israelites reached the edge of the desert of Etham before they "turned back" and before they crossed the Red Sea and that they traveled for three days in the desert of Etham after they crossed the Red Sea. A crossing of the Gulf of Aqaba from Nuweiba can hardly fit with this Biblical record. They were not "near" the desert of Etham before the crossing; they were at the edge of it. The desert of Etham cannot be on both sides of the Red Sea. The desert of Etham must be close enough to the northern limit of the Red Sea for them to "go back" around the tip of the Red Sea and south along the far side to be able to cross the Red Sea and return into the desert of Etham. Note also that the word "back" in Hebrew is also idiomatic for "west". Pharaoh was expecting them to go a three-day journey into the wilderness, as they had requested and as he had permitted. The point at which they turned "back" or west would have been the point Pharaoh would have expected them to start returning to Egypt. When they did not turn around to return, then he realized they were not planning on returning. Because they turned as they did, God knew Pharaoh would think they were confused and wandering aimlessly and that he would be able to catch them. Nuweiba is more than three-day journey from Egypt. But if Etham is along the eastern shore of the Gulf of Suez, they could have reached its edge in three days, then turned west to go around the tip of the Gulf of Suez to be trapped in a triangle between mountainous wilderness to the south and west, Pharaoh's army to the north, and the Red Sea to the east. As it happens, there is a ridge of shallower water forming a submerged bridge across the northern tip of the Gulf of Suez that is only 50 feet deep at its greatest. The distance across is only six miles, a reasonable distance to make overnight. Crossing the Gulf of Suez at that point would put them into the desert of Etham, in which they could travel south for three days to Marah. While some claim there is a kind of submerged bridge at Nuweiba, the depth at its shallowest point is over a thousand feet, enough to cover the entire World Trade Center. A Nuweiba crossing would also be ten miles. They started at night and finished by daybreak. They need time not just for one person to cross during the night, but all of them with their children, flocks, and carts. A Nuweiba crossing would have been both too deep and too far, and it does not permit them having been at the edge of Etham before and in Etham after the crossing. The week it would have taken to assemble at Succoth, travel three days, turn west around the northern tip of the Gulf, and be completely delivered from any threat by Pharaoh's army would correspond very well with the Feast of Unleavened Bread.

    What sea is it? The Red Sea in Egypt as the Bible makes clear.
    Exodus 10;19
    19 Then Jehovah caused the wind to shift, and it became a very stiff west wind, and it carried the locusts away and drove them into the Red Sea. Not a single locust remained in all the territory of Egypt.
    Proof that the wilderness is between the Red Sea and the Aqaba.(Aqaba is the Red Sea mentioned in this verse)
    Judges 11:16
    16 for when they came up out of Egypt, Israel walked through the wilderness as far as the Red Sea and came to Kadesh.
    And so we see that they walked from one Red Sea in Egypt through the wilderness to the other Red Sea the Aqaba then went straight up to Kadesh from there.

    There was no place on earth called Egypt in 3150 BC when Narmer united the kingdoms of upper and lower Kemet most likely through a royal marriage rather than by conquest as they were the same group of African people.
    The name Egypt is Greek coming by way of Aegyptus who was according to mythology a grandson of Poseidon. The Hebrew word for Kemet was Mizraim so the stories could not have been directly translated as you've claimed. They were originally African stories which were plagiarized by and into Greek as it was after the Greek conquest around 530 BC when the story of Kemet became the story of Egypt and that name was used to hide it's origin and put others in it's place. Europeans and Arabs have not been part of that history until very recent times. My question is why do you use images portraying a false narrative that Europeans built a civilization in Africa?

      Yes because the full spectrum of light does not reach to all depths equally (different wavelengths = different energy levels = different ability to penetrate water). Red is the first wavelength you will notice disappear at shallow depths. As you go deeper, colors start "disappearing" in the ROYGBV order as their wavelengths can't penetrate deeper. So blue and violet are the wavelengths that can reach the deepest. After that it's just dark. So as the divers go deeper, anything red, orange, yellow, or green would start disappearing from their suits.

    Do you all know anything about plate tectonics ? 3500 years ago the SInai and Arabian penninsula was probably much closer to each other making the Gulf of Aquaba much narrower and therby making the sandy passage much shallower. The European and Arabian landmasses are constantly drifting apart ! The golden wheel alone beside the coralised femur and other arifacts found on the bottom of the sea proves the crossing site. Former Egyptian chief of antiquities Dr. Hassan was talking about metal cylinder artefacts found in tombs, they did not know what they were used for until his employees found them again on the bottom of the Red Sea !! There they found the explaination what they were used for, WHEEL HUBS, to strenghten the center of the chariot wheels !
    Scientists cannot be trusted in biblical matters. Why ? They have a strange way of making their own theories into facts and of course, they do not believe in God. One example is the "sacred" evolution theory, a theory full of holes, today accepted as facts amoung many, but far from all scientists. This guy preaching probably also believe Wyatts claim of Noah's Ark to be fake. In this world Turkey is probably the "largest" archaeological country with prime quality archaeologists. They all claim Noah's Ark Duripinar site as the real thing. It is today called Nuhun Gemisi National park. I was there personaly in 2001 and in Arzap (Noah's village).
    But of course, you guys and this lecturer have it all right ? You should be careful discrediting the Bible and God.

    Im curious if anyone has dived the site with a metal detector

    • @evidence4faithofficial
      @evidence4faithofficial  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      They did in Dr Moller's search (which is shown later in the documentary) but without being able to look inside the coral we don't know if the metal detector is picking up some modern debris embedded in the coral (like a nail or bolt from a ship or trash) or actual pieces from an Egyptian chariot wheel. There was very little metal on the chariots in the first place. There's also the issue that metal detectors can only be used in shallow areas and in the case of Aqaba, the majority of the debris field is likely much deeper (the current "bridge" or "saddle" structure is 850 meters deep at its lowest point). Dr Moller was only able to investigate shallow areas (probably around a dozen meters (40 ft) deep or less from what we can tell) which have shown promising clues consistent with what we would expect of a massive debris field of chariots. Any further studies will need to go deeper but as Michael mentioned, this will be very difficult and expensive to achieve. The search area is at least 50 sq miles plus you will need special remote subs and cameras to go that deep (no to mention the specialists to operate them). You'll also need to get permission from the Egyptian and Saudi governments to conduct the study. This whole area has protected coral reefs and a lot of shipping traffic to the port of Eilat. It would not be an easy feat.
      EDIT: got meters and feet numbers switched up

The Exodus is proven by archaeology, the proto-sinaitic script and the Arman tablets. There are hundreds of other findings that fully correlate to the above but on their own are not proof. Comparing traveling men in the prime of their lives and/or on camels, to a huge mixed multitude of men, women, children and elderly with flocks and herds of livestock, doesn't seem sensible to me.
    Pharaoh and his chariots caught up with them at the Red Sea crossing point in LESS than one day - probably in only a few hours from when the spies reported they were entangled in the land on the wrong side of the Red Sea ! This also establishes a certain travel limit to the crossing point !
    So what would take Laurence of Arabia on camels four days to the Gulf of Aqaba crossing point, only took Pharaoh and his chariots a few hours ? That is the clincher ! It could only have been the top of the Gulf of Suez !
    Thinking logically:
    Three days travel to the Red Sea crossing 15th,16th,17th Abib.
    18th Abib weekly Sabbath taken out of the Egyptian pit through the Red Sea and celebrating on the opposite shore.
    19th, 20th, 21st and arriving during 22nd Abib at the bitter waters of Marah.
    Note the 3 day - 4th day pattern !
    The three day distance they travelled before the crossing, should be three quarters of the four day distance they travelled after the crossing to get to Marah.
    This should help eliminate incorrect proposed Red Sea crossing points.
    The north end of the Gulf of Suez is still the most likely crossing point - possibly in the area that is now dried up, since the Gulf of Suez is proven to have extended much further north in antiquity.
    i.e. travelling 9 days distance in three days to get to the crossing, and then travelling 4 days distance in 4 days to Marah after the crossing, doesn't make sense. The same applies to other proposed crossing sites !
    On the first day of the 15th they left soon after midnight and travelled to Succoth, giving a maximum of 18 hours travel. They must have rested overnight after 18 hours travel.
    The second afternoon they "encamped" in Etham.
    After turning away from leaving Egypt, the third afternoon they got to Pihahiroth where the crossing took place.
    The Straits of Tiran are about 500 kilometers from Rameses - it just can't be done !
    It's about 400km to the top of the Gulf of Aqaba, which is just as unlikely a three day journey for a multitude of men, women and children with herds of livestock. So the whole Gulf of Aqaba is ruled out, leaving only the top of the Gulf of Suez as the likely site - probably the dry bed of the sea that is proven to have extended further north in antiquity.
    The Bible shows that the Israelites got to the Red Sea crossing point in three days walking, and Pharaoh and his chariots got there in less than one day. This is IMPOSSIBLE for any Gulf of Aqaba crossing, but quite plausible for a crossing at the top of the Gulf of Suez.

      Proving the Exodus Gulf of Suez Crossing:
      “And they departed from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the morrow after the passover the children of Israel went out with an high hand (“from Rameses”) in the sight of all the Egyptians.” (Numbers 33:3)

      For THREE DAYS they travelled into the wilderness, well within reach of
      Pharaoh’s army:

      The 15th Abib therefore was not then and is not now a weekly Sabbath day.
      1st day
      2nd day
      3rd day
      The 15th Abib they all travelled and camped at Succoth (see Exodus 12:37).
      The 16th Abib they travelled again until afternoon and camped at Etham (see Exodus 13:20). The 17th Abib Yahweh instructed them to turn away from exiting Egypt eastwards above the top end of the Red Sea (Gulf of Suez), and to travel further down the west side within Egypt proper and camp at Pihahiroth (see Exodus 14:2). Only now Pharaoh thought that they were going to actually try and escape Egypt, but had somehow made a wrong turn (see Exodus 14:3-9).
      Leaving Egypt was never on Pharaoh’s agenda !
      Enclosed here between the desert mountains and the sea, Pharaoh’s spies told him the Israelites were trapped and he personally lead his army in to guarantee their return to bondage.

      Starting the 4th day 18th Abib NIGHT Yahweh parted the Red Sea and the
      Israelites passed through safely:

      “And the angel of God, which went before the camp of Israel, removed and went behind them; and the pillar of the cloud went from before their face, and stood behind them:” (Exodus 14:19).

      This “angel of God” was Christ Himself:

      “Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;
      And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea; And did all eat the same spiritual meat; And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ” (1 Corinthians 10:1-4).

      He is our Shepherd - the Stone of Israel - see Genesis 49:24 !
      “And Moses STRECHED FORTH HIS HAND OVER THE SEA, and the sea
      returned to his strength when the morning appeared; and the Egyptians fled against it; and Yahweh overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea. And the waters returned, and covered the chariots, and the horsemen, and all the host of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them; there remained not so much as one of them.
      But the children of Israel walked upon dry land in the midst of the sea; and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.
      THUS Yahweh saved Israel THAT DAY out of the hand of the Egyptians;
      and Israel saw the Egyptians dead upon the sea shore.
      And Israel saw that great work which Yahweh did upon the Egyptians: and the people feared Yahweh, and believed Yahweh, and his servant Moses” (Exodus 14:27-31).

      “Then sang Moses and the children of Israel this song unto Yahweh…
      And Miriam the prophetess, the sister of Aaron, took a timbrel in her hand; and all the women went out after her with timbrels and with dances.
      And Miriam answered them, Sing ye to Yahweh, for he hath triumphed gloriously; the horse and his rider hath he thrown into the sea.” (Exodus 15:1-21).

      “And they remembered that God was their rock, and the high God their redeemer . . .
      And smote all the firstborn in Egypt; the chief of their strength in the tabernacles of Ham: But made his own people to go forth like sheep, and guided them in the wilderness like a flock. And he led them on safely, so that they feared not: but the sea overwhelmed their enemies.” (Psalms 78:35,51-53)

      This 18th was a great “day of gladness”, salvation, celebration and thanksgiving !
      This 18th according to the Dead Sea Scrolls solar calendar, was the weekly Sabbath day ! This 18th Sabbath day, Christ our Shepherd/Stone/Rock herded the whole flock of Israel out of the Egyptian pit ! (N.B. see Matthew 12:8-13).
      This 18th was the weekly Sabbath day on Yahweh's Heavenly Calendar, and so they would not have travelled any further that day, because they were already out of the Egyptian pit and it was fitting to celebrate and praise Yahweh, as they did for the rest of that day on the opposite shore of the Red Sea !

      After three days journey across Egypt to the Red Sea - this 4th day 18th Abib Sabbath day salvation of Israel is also that 18th Abib Sabbath Day Resurrection of Christ - Lord of the Sabbath Day - after three full nights and three full days in the dark tomb:
      “He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for Yahweh hath spoken it.” (Isaiah 25:8)

      So Moses and Yahweh didn’t lie - they did travel THREE DAYS into the Egyptian wilderness
      to sacrifice, and by the end of the third days travel they encamped at the Red Sea:

      That 18th NIGHT starting the 4th day, Pharaoh, his chariots, horses and army were all sacrificed in the Red Sea. Death for Israel was literally swallowed up.
      Pharaoh had no idea that he himself and his oppressive army were to be Yahweh’s sacrifice (sacrificial Red Sea slaughter/feast in divine judgment) The Red Sea Gulf of Suez, "tongue of the Egyptian sea", as the Bible calls it, literally swallowed them up and the fowls of the air and monsters of the deep had a great feast !
      Now there was no Pharaoh to return to and Israel was free to go !

    • @Michael-pn5lp
      @Michael-pn5lp หลายเดือนก่อน

      Moses had repeatedly asked Pharaoh to let the Israelites journey three days into the wilderness: to sacrifice to Yahweh (see Exodus 3:18; 5:3; 8:27).
      The intention, request and understanding was that they would actually return to Pharaoh when they were finished, which is why Pharaoh was going to allow only the men to go at first (see Exodus 10:8- 11).

      After more plagues Pharaoh was going to allow them all to go, but the herds and flocks were to remain behind, as they were all going to return (see Exodus 10:24-26).

      Moses demanded all the flocks and herds to go as well, because he didn't know exactly what sacrifice Yahweh required, yet they were never meant to permanently leave Pharaoh (see Exodus 8:28).

      Yahweh hardened Pharaoh’s heart and only after the 10th plague on the night of the Passover, did he finally give his consent.

      Only now Pharaoh relented to all demands, after his own firstborn son was dead, as Yahweh and Moses had originally warned him ! (see Exodus 12:30-33). Pharaoh now actually ordered them to: “go, serve Yahweh, as ye have said. Also take your flocks and your herds, as ye have said, and be gone; and bless me also.” i.e. all travel three days into the wilderness with
      flocks and herds to sacrifice to Yahweh “as ye have said”, bless Pharaoh as well - and return again afterwards !

      In the early hours of this morning, after starting the three day trek into the Egyptian wilderness at night before sunrise, the Israelites passed by at dawn in sight of all Egypt burying their firstborn. The Egyptians had already gladly lent the Israelites their prized jewelry and possessions to appease their God (Exodus 12:35-36), but stubborn Pharaoh had brought on this final tenth plague, killing all their firstborn - just as Pharaoh had killed the newborn male Israelites at Moses’ birth !

      The whole of Egypt was party to and profited from Pharaoh’s crimes !
      This was no “day of gladness” - just yet !
      This was a somber procession !

      “And they departed from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the morrow after the passover the children of Israel went out with an high hand (“ from Rameses”) in the sight of all the Egyptians.” (Numbers 33:3)

      The incredulous thing is that everyone is almost deliberately overlooking the stated Biblical maximum of 42 hour travel limit to the crossing point.
      If they can't stay within that limit, then their theories are nonsense, and according to THAT the whole Gulf of Aqaba is out of the question.
      From midnight on the 15th Abib to 6am is 6 hours.
      Then from 6am to 6pm is another 12 hours.
      From 6am on the 16th Abib to 6pm is another 12 hours.
      From 6am on the 17th to 6pm is another 12 hours:
      Giving 42 hours in total.
      Don't you find that number Biblically very familiar ?
      Doesn't the reference to 42 months appear seven times in the Bible ?
      Proving the Exodus Gulf of Suez side Reed Sea Crossing:
      FIRST DAY
      “And they departed from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the morrow after the passover the children of Israel went out with an high hand (“from Rameses”) in the sight of all the Egyptians.” (Numbers 33:3)

      SECOND DAY

      THIRD DAY
      The 17th Abib Yahweh instructed them to turn away from exiting Egypt and to travel further down the within Egypt proper and camp at Pihahiroth (see Exodus 14:2) - against the body of water that Yahweh parted for them after sunset starting the 4th day.
      Only now Pharaoh thought that they had intended to actually try and escape Egypt, but had somehow made a wrong turn (see Exodus 14:3-9).
      Leaving Egypt was never on Pharaoh’s agenda !
      "Entangled" here between the desert mountains and the sea, Pharaoh’s spies told him the Israelites were trapped and he personally lead his army in to guarantee their return to bondage.
      END OF THREE DAYS TRAVEL
      Starting the 4th day 18th Abib NIGHT Yahweh parted the Red Sea and the
      Israelites passed through safely.
      There is a THREE DAY - FOURTH DAY pattern here:
      Three days creation without light upon the earth - light "upon the earth" given on the fourth day.
      Three days in the dark tomb/belly of the earth - resurrection starting the fourth day etc. and other 3x - 4x occurrences in the Bible.

      Don't get confused - if you read Exodus 12, Exodus 13 and Exodus 14, you will see that the Narrator keeps switching between present, past, future and back to present in the story and in His instructions for the future. Read it very carefully.

      I'm not necessarily arguing the terrestrial evidence after the 8th day at Marah. I'm only disputing the water crossing point as being out of the question if it is further than three days 42 hours travel from Ramses. That is my main argument that I believe is irrefutable by the fixed 42 hour travel time. Get that right first before going any further......

    God forbid, God use someone like Ron Wyatt, to find ancient biblical places and things without a degree in archaeology. Repent, because your pride and arrogance is sin! The things you claim Ron never found, may very well have been found and is to remain hidden until God determines the time of their revelation. Do you not know, there would have never been a prophet had God not revealed himself to the Prophet. We all know what people like you would have done to the prophets based on how you spoke about Ron. Humble yourself and repent!

    Biblical geographical indicators of the mountain of God.
    -- It took almost 50 days to reach the mountain of God.
    -- The mix multitude would have had no less than a three day head start on Pharaoh and his Army and most likely more when considering the logistics.
    And they said, The God of the Hebrews hath met with us: let us go, we pray thee, *three days* journey into the desert, and sacrifice unto the LORD our God; lest he fall upon us with pestilence, or with the sword.
    {Exodus 5:3}
    And he said, The LORD came --from-- to Sinai, [point C] and rose up from Seir [point A] unto them; he shined forth from mount Paran, [point B, in betwixt] and he *came with* ten thousands of saints [angels]: from his right hand went a fiery law for the.
    {Deuteronomy 33:2}
    In summary,
    -- Seir [Edom]: point A is North
    -- Mt. Paran [Arabia]: point B is South of Seir, and North of Mt. Horeb.
    -- Mt. Horeb [Arabia]: is South from Mt. Paran, and South from Seir.
    No detours Southwest to Egypt and the Sinai Peninsula.
    The scriptures are more than clear, they came OUT OF EGYPT.
    And it came to pass, when Pharaoh had let the people go, that *God led them not* through the way of the land of the Philistines, [the coastal route] although that was near; for God said, Lest peradventure the people repent when they see war, and they *return* to Egypt:
    But God led the people about, through *the way of the wilderness of the Red sea* and the children of Israel went up harnessed *out of the land of Egypt*
    {Exodus 13:17-18}
    ... [Day one]
    And they took their journey from Succoth, and encamped in Etham, *in the edge of the wilderness*
    And the LORD went before them by day in a pillar of a cloud, to lead them the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light; *to go by day and night*
    He took not away the pillar of the cloud by day, nor the pillar of fire by night, from before the people.
    {Exodus 13:20-22}
    ...
    And it was told the king of Egypt that the people fled: and the heart of Pharaoh and of his servants was turned against the people, and they said, Why have we done this, that we have let Israel go from serving us?
    (More then likely Pharaoh had spies following the mixed multitude, and when they continued after three days into the wilderness, and they did not stop to make offerings of sacrifice to God, the spies returned to Pharaoh with this news.)
    And *he made ready his chariot* and took his people with him:
    And he took six hundred chosen chariots, and all the chariots of Egypt, and captains over every one of them.
    {Exodus 14:5-6}
    (The logistics for this would have not been completed in a day.)
    Now Moses kept the flock of Jethro his father in law, the priest of *Midian* and he led the flock to the backside of the desert, and came to the mountain of God, even to Horeb.
    {Exodus 3:1}
    ...
    And he said, Certainly I will be with thee; and this shall be a token unto thee, that I have sent thee: *When thou hast brought forth the people out of Egypt ye shall serve God upon this mountain*
    {Exodus 3:12}
    And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
    Speak unto the children of Israel, that they turn and encamp before Pihahiroth, between Migdol and the sea, over against Baalzephon: *before it shall ye encamp by the sea*
    For Pharaoh will say of the children of Israel, They are entangled in the land, *the wilderness hath shut them in*
    And I will harden Pharaoh's heart, *that he shall follow after them* and I will be honoured upon Pharaoh, and upon all his host; that the Egyptians may know that I am the LORD. And they did so.
    {Exodus 14:1-4}
    -- Here we have proof that Pharaoh and his army did not follow the Exodus out of Egypt before he thought that they had trapped themselves in the wilderness be for the Red Sea and the wilderness.
    -- Existential evidence from a pure military and security standpoint. God would not have lead Moses and the Exodus to the Sinai Peninsula in such close proximity to the danger of Egypt.

    It is not the Red Sea they crossed, it is the sea of reeds, (some kind of swamp, where a natural phenomenon occurs at times). This phenomenon consist of strong wind that blows and moves the water. Red Sea is a construction from the church to make it look like a miracle. (I looked at it in the bible explanation and real transcription.
