How could I explain as I speak french... Well, I thought that the new ink would go in the same order than the sticker. The color rank on the sticker (from left to right) is bleu - magenta - yellow. So I concluded that the blue ink was going in the left hole and the yellow one in the right hole. Hope it sounds clear (understandable) to you. Was I wrong with this idea??? @@monster3d921 for the 62HP ink = at the Magenta @12 o'clock spot , Blue @ 4'oclock spot and Yellow @ the 8 o'clock position.
Refilled as instructed but the printer says empty cartridge
