Thats true. I bought one today at menards. And it dosent stay at the temperature you want. It stays back to 58 degrees only. And besides it blows cold air. I'm planning to return it to the store.

True it doesn't work for me, it doesn't go higher than 47 degrees and we are freezing

Mine is the same way...we stopped using the thermostat and just use either high or low.

Without using the thermostat does it heat the room good?

@@aliaswizard6963 yeah, it does a good job of heating my living room and kitchen. Just depends on how cold it is outside whether I have it on low or high.
