Mix in some black pepper w the turmeric in a 1to4 ratio. 1part pepper to 4 Parts turmeric. Increases the bodies absorption of the circumin in the turmeric like 2000%.
Can you try adding a tiny bit of fresh ground pepper to the smoothie? Or maybe use the turmeric with your morning eggs instead (of course paired with pepper). Turmeric contains a compound called curcumin, which has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. However, curcumin is poorly absorbed by the body. Black pepper contains a compound called piperine, which enhances the absorption of curcumin by up to 2000%.
That is A LOT of food! I can't imagine needing to consume that much for physical performance. But a huge shout out to these guys and their discipline for their talent.
