- You are watching my Fire Emblem: Three Houses romance/support conversation series. In this series I will feature support conversations between some of my favorite characters. You can expect to see the avatar with different companions and also support conversations between different characters.
When it comes to some of my favorite romantic partners, I will turn them into a "romance" video which will include all the support conversations, Goddess Tower scene, and S Rank marriage scene. Hope you enjoy!

Funny thing is, if House Daphnel never split apart, Ingrid would have been a Golden Deer instead of a Blue Lion.

Also...in Leicester history there was a Claudia von Riegan that fell in love with and probably married that Daphnel that remained in Leicester before the split

Hahaha I guess that it does repeat itself. Claude being his uunnamed father and Ingrid being Claude's mother Lady Tiana von Riegan. Who knew that history repeated itself when it came to the Riegan Family's love life. Tiana and the king of Almayra, and Khalid and Ingrid Brandl Galatea.

This support chain is really the story of Ingrid's angry eyebrows winning Claude over LMAO

It's actually interesting that Claude apologizes to Ingrid for upsetting her. It reminds you that Claude's been hated and ostracized for who he was since he was young, so he would go to great lengths to ensure people like him in the academy. He might have developed his easy going facade as a way to please people, then scheme them into doing what he wants.
hot take: I actually kinda like this ship. Especially when he comes back... Wish they wrote the last support a little sweeter though. But I guess it makes sense since you have multiple A supports, you can't go overly romantic.
True, overly romantic and mushy endings for me get old after a while tbh I like romantic endings don't get me wrong but too much of it gets really cliche and boring
Yeah you gotta be careful with A supports in this game so they don't look too romantic. Which is odd because Dimitri and Ingrid's A support is definitely romantic. I think they had a fan on the dev team.

Love these two. I can just imagine their married life, constantly bickering but you can still see that they are in love.
Someone on Twitter a couple years back did a hilarious comic of FByleth visiting Claude, only for him to run over in a panic as Ingrid chases after him with Luin, lol.
Ingrid is exactly the sort of woman Claude deserves, and I mean that in the best and worst way possible.
The best part about this channel finally doing Claude supports is that we finally get to see some of his supports without having to use videos that cover every single one of his.
Not a bad pairing for Ingrid. Though not as great as Male Byleth, Dimitri, or Raphael (these three are my favorite pairings for Ingrid), but still quite good. Plus, they did resemble Claude's parents' love story, so it's still interesting.

Nah, cannon couple is Sylvain. Dimitri is a good second, he and Ingrid have similar personalities.
Well to be fair , all the paired endings are canon , so since all the paired endings are canon , slyvain x Ingrid is just as canon as Claude x Ingrid , that being said , I ship Ingrid with Slyvain , for me slyvain is the only one I ship Ingrid with LOL.
I literally yawned right before Ingrid went "And that yawn just now - you didn't even bother covering your gaping mouth!" and I feel so attacked and so sorry right now...
The 'friend' that Ingrid was talking about is probably Sylvain.

I mean seriously she all but name dropped him! I mean the only way you wouldn't know with him is if you played every route but blue lions so you would have no idea of their relationship! But 10 to 1 you got players who will play the routes as they were presented you know black Eagles first, Blue Lion, golden deer, and then black Eagles again to do silver snow! I count myself among those who actually did that in that order I only got random after silver snow for the first time

this support is literally just claude being a chad and going "ah ha ha a.....damn girl u gotta smile more ;)" and ingrid trying to resist carving a glasgow smile on his face
I kinda like this ship. It reminds me of the cop and author from Castle. They argue with each other because they care and that arguing is how they show their love for each other. It’s sounds backwards, but it kinda makes sense to me.

When I first saw this scene, it made it kinda hard for me to respect Ingrid as a person. But I still love her, in the end. Her support with Claude isn't the best but I do like that even with Ingrid negative outlook on him, he doesn't let that get him down or bother him.
I praise his character for that.
She was likely comparing him to Dimitri who is pretty opposite of Claude.

This is one of those supports I just can't wrap my head around.
I can name 3 people to support with Claude that make more sense than Ingrid:
1. Dorothea (due to their flirtatious nature)
2. Yuri (due to how similar their personalities are)
3. Bernadetta (I'mma keep it a 1.50 with you: I would like this because of how Claude managed to get through to Marianne in their support and I think Claude could do the same for Bernie)
I'm definitely with you on Dorothea. Such a missed opportunity, especially with the videos their voice actors collaborated on.

Dorothea/Claude ending would be like connecting Almyra and Fodlan through song and dance and it would be remembered and passed down for generations to come.

@@natoriousthehopeful2786 With Bernadette, he will tell the story of a guy, who had survived many attempts of Murder and became a schemer as a result of it and wants to bring people together, so that people can trust one another. Bernie gets inspired by it and gets more confident and trusting in people, though she starts to then scheme like Claude with Claude being a bit frightening by it. It would be Wholesome like Claude.

Their ending kinda reminds of how his parents got together (a white woman from Foldland leaving her country to be with a foreigner from an exotic country)but...I don't ship this Dorthea would of made more sense for a support option

Gosh I absolutely adore Ingrid, but this was one of her weaker supports. I know she's supposed to be more down to earth, but she's really not that harsh, ESPECIALLY in her support with Ashe, and even in Sylvain's support she softens by the B support and opens up.

I wasn't too fond of this support ("How dare you not act the way I want you too"). It doesn't help they married on my first playthrough. I was hoping for him and Hilda. I like her other supports with Sylvain and Dorothea at least.

It's not the greatest support. Might be because I don't really think opposites attract (and I love her too much with Dimitri, their A support is adorable) but they don't seem to do much other than argue, there isn't much of a heartfelt 'understanding' achieved here common with other supports.
It's kinda telling that even fans of the pairing aren't super keen on the support, though I am sure some like it.
OK, I just spoiled the story for myself, I am in the middle of GD route, I didn't know Cloude's father is the king of Almyra, what a spoiler!
I figured that his dad was Almyran but I wasn't sure what his dad's position was (I didn't recruit Cyril so if that was int their support I wouldn't know.) It makes a lot more sense that his father is the king now.
