Treating shot lists and storyboards as bibles can absolutely cause friction if situations arise that dont match strict expectations, but I believe those documents can help me re-enforce my understanding of and confidence in the story I'm telling. And I find that this confidence helps me keep an open mind to new ideas and exploration. And if (when) exploration goes awry, having a blueprint in your back pocket never hurt anybody.
Maybe talking about the trials and tribulations of building and launching your online course would be awesome! We personally have it and think it’s packed with tons of value!
