- In this video, we look at the P71 digital piano from Yamaha. It is an 88 weighted key keyboard, with dynamic response, and with various sounds (grand piano, e piano, organ, harpsichord, strings, etc). It includes a metronome and I think it packs a punch for value. Check out the links below to see current pricing and reviews!

Thank you for demonstrating this and the review. I have been looking to returning to learning the piano/keyboard after a many-year hiatus and your video has helped me make the decision. Hard to find better than this for the cost. I anticipate a great deal of enjoyment from this keyboard. Very well done video, thank you for sharing this.
You're very welcome!
This was an incredible demo!
Thanks so much!
Glad you liked it, thanks for the feedback!
It's kind of annoying that the tone of the note doesn't change at all. It sounds like they sampled a single note at a medium volume, and they just increase/decrease the volume based on how hard you hit the key. Most good VSTs have many different samples at different velocities, so if you press softly, the tone will actually sound softer, and if you press harder, it will sound brighter, whereas the p45's tone sounds exactly the same at all dynamics.
Thanks so much! You really helped me on what to buy lol, I wasn't sure.
Glad I could help!
Very helpful!
It would be helpful so just do a run of scales to get the full range of sound
Can you record on this?
Comment peut accorder n piano désaccorder Mister
Does it have built-in speakers? Does it have Bluetooth for connecting to external speakers?
Yes, it has built in speakers. You can hear them in the video. Cheers!
Is the output for headphone the same output for speaker/amp hook up?
I don't know if the level is the same, but it's probably similar.
Wie ist deine Meinung zu der N12 vs N15?
Hmm, die habe ich nicht ausprobiert. Mit Mixern habe ich leider keine Erfahrung...

For the headphone jack, do I have to buy a 1/4 stereo jack converter?
Yes, you do. It's the big fat jack, not the little one on PCs, iPads, etc.
@@TomsTutorialsAndHowTos okay, thank you so much!
@@TomsTutorialsAndHowTos hey so I got the 1/4 to 1/8 jack converter and it fits into my piano nicely. However the plug in for my headphones is a little loose and only one ear works when plugged into the piano. Is it supposed to be like that?
👍💯
Is it worth the buy?? Like how worth compared to the p45
It's the same as the P45. It's a nice piano in my opinion. Cheers!
Does it record as well?
I'm sorry, I don't remember. I don't think so, though.
Sounds like 1970s kraftwerk tom
That is touch response
