Soul Harvest is a cool card, especially as a soft-rework of Culling Strike. It makes more sense in shadow isles and having it mana flex to deal with weak champions is a nice way to allow a soft counter to early game champions so that they're not immediately annihilated by a kill effect but also not eating up the mana necessary to vengeance them.
Not only from level up but also Old Timer Card artwork nad quote in there is literally same stuff. ( Not to mention that Inferna seems to burn Jacks Ship XD )
People keep saying that the 4 mana 2/2 Elusive clock guy drawing cards on summon is a bug, but it's not. It's intended. Only the Predict is a Play effect. The rest is a summon effect that happens after its Play effect.
I like Samiras "I excell at making heads turn. And roll." voiceline But I'd prefer it if she said "I excell at making heads turn. Sometimes - a little too far"
Been using this deck the last few days and honestly its quite fun. Not the best deck honestly as win con is all around Viego and hoping they can't kill him / flood the board to much it feels like (or I'm just playing it wrong), but its a fun deck to play around with.
Removal/spell heavy decks do very well against them, since their main method of interaction involves frostbites. Right now it has a 30% winrate against annie/caitlyn and norra/gnar control, so I'd recommend some kind of noxus control deck if you want something that works
Difference between me and Snnuy is he thinks the first game was good, I think it was a fucking abomination and the game might actually be in a good place post rotation if Samira wasn't in it and Riot stopped catering to aggro combo playing dumbasses for one expansion.
Not attacking with Encroaching Mist and passing "I'm afraid they will rally again", doesn't kill Samira, kills Bladetwirler instead, loses Hydravine to challenger Samira anyway Doesn't attack with 13/13 quick attack Gotta start paying attention to the game at some point x) Luckily opponent misplays even worse ._.

If you are playing viego, u go ionia frejird or shurima, its not worth going piltover for cat and clockling
