I would print with supports, rail side up. The scope is out of production. No need for a 3-9x40 mm lens on a Nerf blaster; it's just what I had on hand.

Buddy up with someone who owns a 3D printer; it's a simple print that shouldn't take too long.
But it wouldn't surprise me if someone somewhere was selling prints of the design without a license.

Check local libraries. A surprising number of them have printers available for public use. I kind of take it for granted that anyone watching these videos has or has access to a FDM printer, but I realize they still aren't household appliances.
Check first. If there aren't any in your area, send me a PM with your shipping info: I have a few that I printed out for testing than I can let go for essentially shipping/handling in various shades of grey. I don't normally do custom print jobs, because I'm not running a printing business, but if you want a custom print, I currently have white, gloss black, natural (translucent), and orange PLA that doesn't match the neon orange Hasbro uses that I would have to charge for the prep/print time.

You'll have to find someone to print one out for you; the files are linked in the description.
I have tinkered with printing my designs on request, but something as simple as a rail generally isn't worth the the cost and effort for me when most people into Nerf modding know someone who has a printer, or someone who sells prints of other people's designs as a part of their retail business.
