If her DNA WAS 43% “Nigerian” all that means is that her DNA is a close match with the DNA of people who live in Nigeria today. Any Nigerian tribes would have interbred and there would be no way of narrowing it down to more than a vague geographical area, hence broadly saying she is “Nigerian”.

I don't know how many times this has to be said, but it's not up to the King! It's up to Parliament. One of our members of Parliament has put forward a bill to remove the titles, which will be getting a second reading in June/July. If the House of Commons votes for it, it goes up to the House of Lords. They debate it, decide if any changes need to be made, and send it back down to the Commons. They then debate it again, vote, and if it's voted for (as opposed to against), it goes back to the Lords, who debate, and vote. If it passes all the hurdles, then it becomes law, but still has to be signed by the monarch to ratify it. The monarch gave up supreme power over the country when the nobility wanted to form a governing body to run the country (with the approval and cooperation of the monarch, of course) in return for the right to ratify all bills that have been successful throughout the parliamentary process. So, I'm afraid that King Charles's hands are tied. He cannot interfere with the parliamentary process either, as this is against the law. I hope this helps you understand how the process works.
