The word "Kwangya" was first used in the introduction to NCT 2020 that you've reacted. That word was later used in Black Mamba. SM is creating SM Cultural Universe (SMCU), pretty similar with Marvel Cinematic Universe. Fyi, SM is in partnership with Marvel. So, each SM group will have connection with each other.
I thought it was first used in Black Mamba. I didn't even realized it and this SMCU is frikkin cool.

They don't really group NCT U songs in dance-, visual-, vocal- or rapline. NCT U is just members that fit the concept the most. Songs like Misfit and From home happens to be a rap song and a vocal heavy song, respectively, thus the songs only have rappers and vocalists :)

for the dance line things, yes haechan is the lead dancer of both his groups and him performing like the main dancer he is makes people think he's the main dancer xD
Can i appreciate Ten a little? A main dancer that got only 7 seconds rap line in debuted song (7th sense) to be a main vocal and got high note with other main vocal. This is really impressive to me

Haechan is main vocalist but also lead dancer in every units he is on. He used to learn sports dance and ballet before joining nct so he has different feel to his dance. Smooth elegance yet powerful
I wouldn’t per say say that any of the title tracks have a special line, except ”from home” which was heavy on the vocal line although many members of the vocal line were not inlcuded. Tbh, the NCT U tracks are mixed, there are members from vocal/rap/dance in all of them pretty much.
Make a Wish was heavy on official visuals(4 official visuals) but three of the members are main vocals, there are two main dancers, main rapper and lead rappers.
90’s love members are very versitale too. There are main dancers, main rappers, main vocalists and visuals all picked out from 127, Dream and WayV although I’d say it is leaning towards a slightly more rap heavy unit compared to Make a Wish.
Not sure if this was a good explanation but it’s probably best explained by the fact that NCT members are superversitale and can’t really be assigned to specific lines. I’ll give you Ten who is a main dancer, main vocalist and sub-rapper and Mark who is a main rapper, main dancer and sub-vocalist as two examples from this unit.

@@Feliciathegoat676 I don't have the timestamp but I know it appears when chenle is on screen, and it's written in korean "광야" not "KWANGYA" so if you can't read korean it's normal you didn't notice it at first, kwangya in nct universe is the unconscious world, where the members are dreaming and are connecting to each other

for both groups it means another world, a parallel world, somewhere they can be connected, and I think they talk about the same kwangya, they just explain it differently according to their respective concept

NCT members are versatile and all rounders. Heck the main rappers can be main vocalists for all I know. That's how good this group is. Everybody can practically be an all-rounder. There's no limit in position for NCT.
I felt like 7 of them are here because of their voices (suit the song), dance (suit the choreo) and visual (suits the concept). The members are suppose to be like that, in NCT U, members got chosen due to their suitability of the concepts.

Make a wish isn't focused around the visuals they didn't form it for that reason even the From Home MV doesn't have all the main vocalists. There's a theme for sure but I would say this group is more rap heavy. The end was a spoiler for the next MV coming soon

Honestly, this is more like the dance/rap line (Yangyang, Mark, Jeno, Sungchan) are all rappers and well you gotta have vocals in there (Ten, Haechan) and all of them are the dance line. Winwin with the rest of them are all dancers.
NCT as a whole seriously is a dance line because even the vocals are phenomenal dancers. What is also amazing about NCT is that pretty much everyone is an all-rounder and that's *chef's kiss*

Only a few people notice the Jump Jump line they included (by Busta Rhymes). Mark and Sungchan brought that line to a whole other level. So cool

So it means they are facing with Black Mamba. But they are losing. So they are calling for help.) (check the lyric of Haechan's and Jeno's part) Some of them are blocking in KOSOMO. They must come out from KOSOMO so that they can fight Black Mamba with æspa.
