    Hi David and Albert, saw the original Q&A, brilliant work as always. Wish all police were like you guys, that’s for sure.
    I’d love to see some sort of interview with the woman from the defence team who originally contacted David. She was clearly ahead of most of us in her view and even managed to get David to change his view of the case. Would love to hear her apparent conviction of opinion too.

    It's makes sense as to why they took the range rover away to remove the tracker behind closed doors

    • @garysimpson3592
      @garysimpson3592 15 วันที่ผ่านมา

      The tracker, would of been taken off when the drug squad found the car. Its unlawful, they would of removed the tracker, before the the police arrived after farmers called them.

    JW and MS were involved and their job was just to get them to that location. Probably they were told you either help us or you are next - this is your chance to wipe the slate clean. They didn't worry too much about their alibis because they were not expecting to be suspects!
    It had to be arranged / encouraged by some bent police in revenge for Leah Betts? They no doubt involved some criminal associates rather than get their hands dirty
    They had upset plenty of people so no shortage of volunteers to get a bit of credit in the bank with the police. Jasper story? Maybe something like it but why did he confess so readily? Plus they were likely shot earlier in the evening, not close to midnight
    Explains the shoddy early investigation but then Senior police insisted that it must get solved so JW and MS had to take the can. I actually think the police thought the Jury would not convict based on just DN's testimony but JW and MS alibis were hopeless and they blew it in court. Even the judge gave them soft sentences to start with so he didn't believe DN
    JW / MS could not implicate others without admitting their role and no doubt fearing for the safety of themselves and their families.
    Trying to say JW / MS played no part just undermines the case that others pulled the trigger. As does "creating" alibi evidence that does not stand up to scrutiny. Like ONE person a couple of miles away hearing the shots near midnight - but nobody in the much closer housing estate did. Fuel receipts that prove nothing. A chance encounter, many years after the event, with a "witness" who saw them in the range rover just before midnight.
    That's what I think, based on what I have read / watched. Probably all wrong!
    I read somewhere that MS has got a touch of dementia so might talk about it without realising he shouldn't be.. Nice convenient excuse to keep a harmless old man locked up

    The average person has no idea how hand in glove policing and criminality are.
    Both use high level infiltration and manipulation. Most police intelligence still comes from informers. They mingle.
    Then you have policing within policing.

    Surveillance team on the Essex boys must of had some good info on them & that tracker couldn't of been that bad.. plus it was hard to follow Tate ??? .. he was off his nut most the time would of made it easier . ..if the surveillance was anything like what I found & read when i worked at car dealership.. in the bodyshop about same time of the Essex murders.. I had to weld new sill on a escort van..it was a surveillance van..had 2 sets of tax discs & number plates.. when I removed the passenger seat..found a file folder..inside was details of a terrorist from a well known terrorist organisation they was watching... had all the detectives name on the case... how many calls the terrorist made..fights to the U.S.A.. all the routes & roads he Took in the UK...all the possible escape routes he could use from his home.. so either some of the surveillance team was in bed with the Essex boys to stop surveillance or it was dropped to make way for the Hit... police knew they had guns & obtained a machine gun linked to 2 deaths.. & they dropped surveillance days before the hit..
