I watched your video first time. I think this message is really important for new comers as they are influenced by money only. I appreciate your message i also want to come for study. But other students don’t understand due to their actions of leaving universities really affects the new visa applicants as embassy is getting really strict. So the person who really wants to study sometimes got refused. I think people need to understand this scenario and if they don’t want to study they must go to other countries like Europe where labour visas are easy to get but don’t affect other’s life. I know everyone needs money but for some their goals are way more important than money. 😊

Will he be able to buy a house without taking any Loans or Mortgage?.
Houses are way too expensive here , a basic house starts from 600k aud , if you save that much, you can buy a house without loan but normally everyone has to get some kind of mortgage to buy a house
