Hey Luke, great rendition of the Greatest Song Ever , love the double neck. Got a hint for you, there is a bloke on YT named Bryan Williams, he makes pick up sets that sound incredibly like Jimmys MSG tone, that middle position hollow chirp. Put them in my leftie double, wired 50's, and wired like Gibson, but i used the 3rd switch to output to a stereo output plug to run separate amps for 12 and 6. Those pups are astounding! Now all i need is about 50 years to play like you! Give them a try, you won't be sorry!

Yes the solo is amazing but only those who have attempted and worked hours and hours and hours AND MORE FUCKING HOURS understand the skill and focus needed to not only learn and then nail the interludes and verses but fucking destroy them. The hybrid picking skills required for all of those “easy sounding parts in the middle are just about the most advanced thing you can learn in guitar man biggest round of applause for this guy. Also even and epiphone eds-1275 is very hard to come by. The stars seriously aligned for this to happen. Amazing

Hey dude. Congratulations, great sound. Man, didn't you use the amp drive? Just the TS 808 on the ground? Is the ts boost or drive? Maybe boost on clean channel or crunch. If you can tell the amp and ts settings, I'm grateful, my set is similar, I want to try something here. Thank you so much Hug from Brazil!
Amp is on clean channel but gain/volume dialled quite high so i get a bit of breakup on the 12 string. Kick in the TS808 on the solo, with the overdrive backed off and level up high, tone somewhere in the middle (i think a lot of people use the ts808 like this). Also have both necks using a blend of both pickups (toggle in middle position) - this was surprisingly important in getting that tone!

Guitar is fully stock
Amp is clean channel with full gain (EQ unknown).
TS808: gain-low, level-high, tone-middle
Reverb still unknown, please advise settings and where it stands? Effect loop?

One of the best covers on yt, man you nailed the 12strings part. Help me with that btw a bit. I use hybrid picking and sounds cool, but hearing you playing with Pick also sounds good. U play that way bcoz of 12 strings?

Thanks man. I would love to be able to help but I honestly cannot remember and stupidly didn't make a note of what settings.. I had the mids quite high I think, not sure about bass/treble, however the gain/volume was up high to get some breakup on the clean channel, with a tube screamer kicked in the solo. The tone mostly came from the guitar, middle position on both necks.

Mostly by ear and using other covers, i knew parts of the solo anyway and the rest is improv
