    Keep the parsley and dill in a glass with a bit of water in the fridge (like you put flowers in a vase) and cover with a plastic bag. Cut off the dry ends of the stems so they can actually absorb water. They keep fresh for a looong time!

    No vi prego spiegatemi il senso di pretagliare il burro 😳 per tagliare un pezzo di burro al momento ci vogliono 15 secondi, per fare i pezzettini di carta e pretagliarlo 15 minuti... totally non sense!

      credo per congelarlo. Da congelato non riesci più a tagliare il panetto, esperienza personale, sei poi costretta a scongelare il pezzo intero. Invece così togli solo il pezzetto che serve per cucinare il piatto e lasci il resto nel congelatore, così il burro dura vari mesi e non scade, spesso sono stata costretta dalla scadenza a consumarne di più e di certo non si avvantaggia la linea. Lo trovo una buona idea

      @@annyangy2551 e il senso di congelare il burro quale sarebbe? il burro congelato dura 3/4 mesi esattamente come un burro in frigo 😂

      per non parlare del fatto che il burro in frigo, proprio perché puoi tenerlo due mesi, è più a contatto con i batteri del frigo per lungo tempo, mentre il burro conservato in freezer a bassissime temperature è sicuramente, igienicamente parlando, più garantito

    Mi permetto di proporne uno anchio:
    Le verdure per il soffritto, io le preparo secondo i miei gusti: aglio prezzemolo carota cipolla sedano ecc. Le frullo aggiungo in quinto di sale grosso integrale, il giorno dopo le pongo nei barattoli. Hanno una durata molto lunga senza mettere nel frigo. Le.uso anche al posto del dado per il brodo vegetale o per uno spezzatino, ecc. Ciao.

    Consigli carini, anche se per alcuni ho delle perplessità. Per quanto riguarda i contenitori, trovo che siano un po' sovradimensionati rispetto al contenuto, così occupano troppo spazio in frigorifero, a mio giudizio.

    I save all my stems and onion skins and such and all the pieces we do not use I make a beautiful broth and place in ice trays then transfer them to a freezer bag when they are frozen I use absolutely every part of my food.

    Alcuni consigli sn utili ma altri proprio no.. Le cipolle vanno pulite quando servono... Conservate già pulite attirano tantissimi batteri nocivi..lo stesso x l'aglio..
    X il resto sei bravissima e ti seguo sempre♥♥

      Se ti organizzi entra tutto. Questione di trovare i contenitori giusti. Io ad esempio riciclo molto i vasetti degli omogeneizzati per il pesto. Le vaschette del formaggio spalmabile per congelare il basilico o il burro a pezzetti. Se incastri , riesci a fare entrare tutto

    Sorry, not sure the purpose of the applesvwith the potatoes in a dark bag. Does that keep them fresh longer;make them not sprout eyes?

      The apples are supposed to keep them from sprouting. Potatoes should always be kept in the dark or else they turn green gradually and the green part has to be thrown away because it's poisonous.

    Αυτό που βάζεις μήλο στις πατάτες, εγώ ξέρω πως τα μήλα έχουν την ιδιότητα να ωριμάσουν ότι είναι στην σακούλα μαζί τους. εγώ το κάνω οταν θέλω να ωριμάσει γρήγορα κάποιο λαχανικό η φρούτο.

    No way, I put clean unions in my fridge for 3 weeks...you didn't put them in an airtight container....so a lot of other food will take the smell of the unions...milk for example

    Very bad tip to store peeled onions. It becomes stinky, and very hot but as the hotness of the onion should be so ignore this poor tip

      Uso lo stesso metodo quando faccio i tramezzini. Passi il canovaccio sotto l acqua fredda e lo strizzi bene bene😉

    Ti consiglio prima di sbucciare l'aglio mettilo in un contenitore di acqua calda per 2-3 minuti e poi vedrai che sbucciarlo sarà più facile
