Thank you so much for opening up to all of us watching, it takes alot of courage to reveal your weaknesses, it shows me your comfortable in your own skin ❤😊 Lots of Hugs
Thank you so much Richard, this means the world. I want to help people and make them see that they are not alone if this is a struggle of their own. All the best, thank you 🙏☺️
I don't know if I have agoraphobia because If I am in a crowded place with a happy or festive environement like a concert or a show I am usually fine. But If it's a crowded place with nothing happening or a line up or in the metro then I get very uncomfortable. But even when it gets really bad It doesnt get to the point where I am suffering... maybe a lesser level of agoraphobia? Anyhow, thanks for the video. We need more people talking about this especially with all the work from home that we see. People with this condition will just avoid people even more.
Thank you for sharing your experience with me/us. This is very interesting. It could be a lesser level of agoraphobia yes!! Or maybe a lack of feeling secure in yourself. True, I feel like so many people live with this issue in silence because they are scared to be judged or misunderstood so I thought I just need to do this, not only for me but for other people in the same situation. You are great, hugs 🫂
