Admire the fact of you're using itch and guidelines. I like precision and attention to detail. Always evaluate a craftsman by how he maintains his work environment. Yours is tip top. Well done Sir 👏
I love the esthetics of this knife and the scabbard you made for it. Out of all the knife and sword builds I watched during the pandemic and after, this is probably my favorite.
Nice work as always! I do miss your older videos with a lot less machining - showing you don't need really high end equipment- but you have so many of those and proved that point already so its neat to see you doing some interesting builds. Also I really like seeing you use a metal cutting bandsaw instead of the angle grinder- to me thats one of the first machines (after belt grinder) any knifemaker should buy. Angle grinders are too dangerous.

Nice work, but you made one "fault"! Please change the Pin for a new one :D do it like you did BUT tighten it without the handle, then mark the direction of the slit, and get the slit in cutting direction (or 90°) (perhaps make it from Brass if you get your hand on a brass screw, that would be even better) :D
One more innovative project under your belt 👌🏻 Looking at that handle makes me want to ask have you ever done, or considered doing, checkering on the grips like you would find on a pistol grip?
Delicious precision fits, Koss! Loved the color of the habaki and bog oak with stunning grains and shape of the seppa, all fitting for the blade size. Was that a commercial brand for masking the hamon...name please?? Thanks Always for the treats and great videography! Hat Tip, ~PJ
This is excellent work, Obviously I need to get some better power tools. But with that being said. I only saw a hammer used once to make the amount, and no shaping of the blade. Or to say forging and shaping the blade. Maybe I'll stick to other made knives
nice work! you probably hear that a lot, but may i ask why you dont properly forge your knives like a blade smith? it wastes way less material, creates a stronger, more flexible blade and i also imagine forging work to be much more fun and less dirty than grinding tons of steel away... just curious.
Tout à la machine , c’est un assembleur mais certainement pas un coutelier et encore moins un forgeron. J’ai vu travailler à Thiers Monsieur Vialon deux fois MOF , c’est un autre monde .

I love how you used a white line in the dark wood. I usually just use a pencil line on dark wood and squint.

Beautiful work
10:25 what is the brass blackening process called? What chemicals are used in it?? Thanks in advance.
Awesome results BTW!!
Edit: typo
All comentss praise him a lot but me I praise the the machine he use .. a true black smith use only hummer with his bare hand ..
The machines are nice to speed up the process, but you still need the knowledge.
beautiful as always !
Dope AF results, @Koss_channel! Now it needs an equally dope sheath/scabbard to complete the package!
Que bonito!! Excelente trabajo. Te felicito 😉
