I was dealing with anxiety issues a week ago and I always have had anxiety problems, probably the one thing that's been tough for me to overcome because I am always thinking of what can or will happen. Then recently I met someone and they gave me a beautiful message that instantly changed how I think and it basically rid me of anxiety almost completely. What was said is that anxiety is something that happens when u anticipate something to come, wether negative or positive but the thing is we all seem to forget is that we live in the present and the future is not here yet therefore we can't assume what is anticipated will actually even happen. For example there's been so many times where I was anxious and anticipating a moment and I'd be thinking constantly and worrying about said moment. Then the day would come and something would come up and that moment that uve been dwelling on actually doesn't happen. So I was sitting around anxious for nothing, because whatever u think can happen or will might not even happen. So just live in the now and dorm anticipate anything that effects u negatively because that thing you're anticipating so much might not even happen and u sat around all day with anxiety that did nothing but cause u stress and discomfort. I am on this path right now. Jesus is God and he makes my journey on this path very full. I would suggest giving him a shot if you haven’t. All you have to do is ask him to come into your heart. Pretty simple and so rewarding. It just takes a little faith and the adventure begin. You do have to participate though. You can’t accept him and forget about it. Planning ahead is the opposite of trusting the divine and creating the new earth. Condemning others and ourselves is the opposite of understanding what being human is about. We are motivated by what makes us feel good and for some it boils down to what stops the pain. Adding burdens shame guilt fear expectations etc is what creates that pain. If one didn't get to pick their challenges and short comings then one has no place or right assuming another did and therefore is of lesser consciousness when they choose to condemn someone for not living up to social expectations.

Planning ahead is the opposite of trusting the divine and creating the new earth. Condemning others and ourselves is the opposite of understanding what being human is about. We are motivated by what makes us feel good and for some it boils down to what stops the pain. Adding burdens shame guilt fear expectations etc is what creates that pain. If one didn't get to pick their challenges and short comings then one has no place or right assuming another did and therefore is of lesser consciousness when they choose to condemn someone for not living up to social expectations.
