Items can be returned on PM. Iv had it happen and that was because i failed to mention something in the title. Live and learn. Miss one thing, if the buyer wants to return it they will nit pick your title and description and state you did not mention a b c.

Caleb, I absolutely NEVER listen to a reselling video that's over 30 min long. But I'm so glad I listened to this one! Wow, you impart so much knowledge in such a short time frame! I'll admit, I had to pause and rewind sev times, saying to myself "Wait, WHAT did he say?!" Lol. I do have two questions, regarding "just slapping a label on" those Big Lots items. First, I've just read that the post office no longer allows this; so I assume you're shipping everything either thru Poshmark or Pirate Ship? And second, by just putting a shipping label on some items, isn't that encouraging porch pirates?
Poshmark ships with USPS and pirate ship also uses USPS. Never heard of the rule you are mentioning. The items are in a box so I just put the label on the box it comes in. Nothing against the rules there. It’s the buyers responsibility to not get something stolen off their porch. Also a Christmas decoration isn’t really what porch pirates are looking for. They are hunting high end electronics. So I wouldn’t ship something in a Sony box
What is your method to price an item? Do you use product research? What sell-through rate percentages as reported by Product Research is considered bad, good, great, etc? Thanks!
I usually look at the most recent and similar sold items. And I list towards the higher end of the market because I know that I will send and accept offers

@@71capr I’d have to source more, list more, ship more. I’d just need more time in the day. I currently work about 30-35 hours on reselling per week. So to increase I’d need to put in more hours doing the same things I already do
I'm at 35% off, running promos, excellent status entire 4 years,top rated plus, blue ribbon.. Listing every day -around 600 listings... HARDLY NO VIEWS. The entire week of Thanksgiving 6 days N🚫T 1 sale. This year has been the worst in 4 years.These last 3 months HARDLY no VIEWS 👀 to even get sales. Ebay keeps telling me "something has got to be wrong" because they go over my account and say I'm doing everything more than right. I get a few sales every time I call. This weekend 3 sales in 3 days😭😭😭
Sounds like you are doing everything you can. I would have to guess it’s the items in your store. As you keep improving the items you will see those sales go up! You got this

I add bonuses and lower the price. Example: Sneakers I add extra laces, lanyard and sometimes matching backpack, socks, hat and/or foot inserts. I'm telling you I'm doing so much!
After reviewing my numbers, it seems that eBay fees are sitting at 15% for me. I’m assuming you handle all your shipping labels through Pirate Ship? If so, is there a specific reason for that? I’d love to hear more about it-any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
@@heathercox5801 only if the seller makes a clear mistake. They can’t return it for not fitting or because they don’t like it or random reasons. So assuming your listing is correct, the item can’t be returned. I have had one in 3 years of being on the platform
Tried to join B&B discord group. Its sounds really cool. After downloading 3 apps and creating multiple accounts and profile im thoroighly confused about how to actually join the group.
Ye im not willing to spend that kind of money in the fear that the item will not sell. Spending $15 and up, 99% of people watching this video wont spend that kind of money either. Who has the capitol to spend 100's of dollars on higher end pieces like that so to state "watch out of these brands" is kind of crazy cause we are watching out for them but wont pay the price you are. Keep in mind you are far more seasoned and have $$$ to spend on these brands. Most of the people watching dont. Now finding the items at the BINS, ok that makes more sense but i have never seen any of these items at my local looser city Las Vegas bins for instance. Sorry but thats the truth!
Yeah not everyone can pay up but these are still good items to find. You will find them less often at the bins but they are still good items. Also paying up for good items would help most peoples business. A $1 item that never sells is worse than a $10 that sells fast. Just my opinion!
