Well... after hours of malding every day, I finally did it!!!! 😭😭 To get to stage 9, you must have well invested Black Scarlet and Alice. On top of that, you must use everything you've learned from pushing hard mode, such as using pause strat to easily line up your shots, de-sync strat to "aim bot" core shots, the ability to farm burst generation really fast using SR by looking to pre-full charge shot after full burst end, and hitting collaterals on parts with/without pre-full charge shot (another way to farm burst gen really fast).
