I haven't been commenting on your videos lately but I'm back so let me say it again. Another amazing tutorial, everything is shown very well, so that any person interested will understand every aspect of making those stars ;D I've made my green stars with this mix: Barium Nitrate 55g PVC 15g Parlon 12g MaAl 18g I've bound it with acetone. The color is very nice but the stars were horrible to cut and don't look like they should haha I guess I'm gonna try your mix next time and check the results for myself and also compare it with my mix ;D Cheers!
Thank you so much bro. And with this type of mix the moisture content is very important to measure. A little less and it will crumble. And a little more it will be very runny
@@PassfireRocket I know that. The thing is that when I mixed it with acetone, the mix started to act like some kind of bad quality glue which made it impossible to be cut properly haha. What can I say, we all learn from mistakes and we should share them so other people wouldn't make the same mistake :D One more thing. Try using Strontium Nitrate instead of Barium Nitrate. You'll then get red stars and they also should work just fine ;)
Use barium chlorate. Much easier. "Exhibition Green" is simply 90% barium chlorate and 10% shellac but for stars it would be better with something like this: Barium chlorate 80 Red gum 14 Lampblack or airfloat charcoal 2 Dextrin 4 It's incompatible with ammonium compounds and very sensitive with sulfur and sulfur compounds, but other than that it's no problems.
I am giving a composition Coppernitrate 53%, boroncarbonate 9% ,14% magnalium , 12% sulphur , 7 % barium , 5% dextrin Colour - emerald green or deep hardt green or forest green 👍🏻 And remember use magnalium 300 mesh and barium -325 mesh And if used strontium -325 mesh instead of barium keeping rest of the chemicals as it is a deep reddish brown colour or muddy brown colour will be obtained. Also now copper nitrate 43% Pvc 9%, parlon 7%, dextrin 5%, magnalium 12% 300 mesh , strontium (-325) mesh 17% , and 14% potassium perchlorate Colour -dark magenta or scarlett pink will be obtained If using cholorine compounds with copper the colour yielded is blue 🔵 and at the same time if used strontium which flame colour is red ♥️ you can obtain a magenta colour the only thing to keep in mind is amount of copper being oxidised to that of strontium If the amount of strontium is more in number the colour is shifted to pink 🩷 side in colour chart if used proportionally the colour will now start to shif to purple 🟣 side in the colour chart And copper with sulphate chemicals gives green 💚 colour and if paired with strontium then colour will be muddy 🟤 red beacuse red plus green gives mud colour . Thats fireworks 🎆 chemistry for you.
@@PassfireRocket thanks for the information brother. One more question in my mind can you please tell aru u using a ball mill to make your BP for prime these stars or hand mix method ?

Yeah sure
Replace half of the PVC with Saran, will cut much better.

Superb 😲😲crazy experiment 🎉very nice ❤❤
I am giving a composition
Coppernitrate 53%, boroncarbonate 9% ,14% magnalium , 12% sulphur , 7 % barium , 5% dextrin
Colour - emerald green or deep hardt green or forest green

If using cholorine compounds with copper the colour yielded is blue 🔵 and at the same time if used strontium which flame colour is red ♥️ you can obtain a magenta colour the only thing to keep in mind is amount of copper being oxidised to that of strontium
If the amount of strontium is more in number the colour is shifted to pink 🩷 side in colour chart if used proportionally the colour will now start to shif to purple 🟣 side in the colour chart
