Fair point - there’s plenty room in front, as well as rooftop. In my experience, buyers have a love-hate relationship with pools & tennis courts.

I hear you - in my experience, it’s a buyer’s love-hate relationship wrt pool & tennis courts; some love it; others wouldn’t know what to do with it 🤔

I hear you - this minimalist contemporary style isn’t for everyone.
Wrt pools - it’s a love/hate relationship for buyers, whereby some people MUST have one, whilst others CANNOT stand it.
Perhaps an extended outdoor deck/patio might have been a good addition - but location for that space/pool would preferably be on the expansive roof with the most incredible views!🤩
Main suite could have been styled differently 😅 it has a big shower with small loo, big bedroom area with small bed and small vanity/make up area 😅

Fair point - not as obvious to split up those spaces practically amongst the 300-350 sqm area!
I have been wanting to view this property because I find it absolutely splendid with clean lines and exquisite art throughout. Just two questions:
1. Does it not have a pool, or is it on top of the roof? If so does the lift get to the roof, or would the structure allow for such to be done?
2. What height is the front wall/fence, and does it have a security place at the gate with ablutions?

1) There is no pool currently. However there is ample scope to install a rooftop pool or anywhere else one desires! The elevator goes up to the roof and there’s amazing views from the top!
2) The home has a large, impressive and imposing front wall I would estimate it to be at 3 meters high. There is a fully equipped security room at the entrance.

Thank you Rob, and I certainly will be contacting you soon - especially because with the lift reaching the roof one can have an entire entertainment area on the roof, which may include another bar, jacuzzi, pool, and an external huge tv for all those beautiful Joburg days. I love the fact that the structure is robust enough to take whatever you put on top as well, and you can easily add two more garages opposite the gate to make it a 7 to 8 garage property depending on size of cars. Great area over the Jacaranda too

As a PR architec and qualified interior designer I think the house is Spacious. The Architecture is okay. Floor layout got some wasted sqms. Interior design very is disappointing,It looks incomplete and nothing flows. The spaces got really good natural light. Best in all angles. Price tag not work it.

This is definitely a bachelor's lair, the kitchen is underwhelming, the master closet is disappointing and there isn't much outside for kiddies to do. It's giving divorced 54yr millionaire whose kids come by every now and then but he doesn't want them staying too long
