I may be wrong, but I believe the strange accessory piece that is a hearing tube. Like they used back in the old days to hear better.since they have done this silent figure, I would love for them to do Gwynplaine from the man who Laughs. If you not familiar with it please look it up. The classic joker looks had to be inspired by it. Super creepy.
I believe the mystery accessory is a spyglass similar to what old sailors would use. Love the old monster figure reviews. Hopefully NECA keeps them coming!
