I CRASHED

This is just after I crashed and the injuries I received. I'm okay, just bumps and bruises, and a little road rash.

Dude that’s no fun, I had a crash like that on my mtb on pavement (not nearly as bad) but it’s the worst feeling when the front wheel goes. Hope you feel better man!

I'm great. Just went for another ride on Easter. Going back next Monday too for a quick rip around Howell Lake Loop.
