I have both, and the 353PS is miles better.
There's more options for custom OS
There's a joystick
The smaller screen is significantly higher quality and can get brighter
The speaker is also better
Lastly, it is more durable. The plastics used are thicker.

Man, if they just replaced that left side speaker on the Arc with a low profile joystick, it would be so much better.
I can deal with mono audio easy. Lack of a joystick, kinda kills it.
