Same here! I wanted to see if there are agents after the eGates to stamp the passports. I went to London back in 2015, but I’m going soon, this time with my mother. Unfortunately, she doesn’t have an eligible passport so we probably won’t use them.
I can tell this video is from a couple years ago. I would assume 2012 or 2013. Terminal 5 has changed a bit since then, and there are more e-gates available. Is this from 2012 or 2013?

Is this the same for international arrival as well?
Clearly that's an international arrival that's why it said UK Border. Only certain countries are eligible for the Egates.
