I totally agree with her. As someone who’s been suffering from major depression, anxiety and ptsd myself, I did medication for over a year but what helps me the most is therapy. Therapy will teach you to dig deeper into your traumas, your triggers, it will educate you and help become self-aware, and also will offer course of action on how you will be able to face your own demons and learn to quiet them when confronted with. Therapy saved my life…

This lady is commendable to face and look for solution for her own demons. I hope in UK, this young adults will have the courage to address their problems coz in the past few years suicide are happening. Waste of a young people's life. I don't know if it is the society they live in or poverty or lack of guidance or as your guest said is opening about mental is a no no. I think all over the world it is happening.

Coming into the knowledge of Christ, Our Savior, would bring you peace, joy & love. But, of course, even in the Christendom, wolves in sheep's clothing exist. A sincere search for God will bring you to His path.
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
    Matthew 6:33 KJV

She’s teaching people how to pacify and talk to their inner demons instead of resisting and casting them out in JESUS’ Name…🙌🏼✝️🙌🏼 Only JESUS has the authority to vanquish demons! Pacifying them and letting them linger in your life does NOT heal anybody… JESUS heals! JESUS saves! Come to JESUS! #REPENTandBELIEVE #inCHRISTalone #AvoidDemonicNewAge

Facts! A lot of people talk about meditation and how they deal with depression but no one talks about Jesus. Got through a lot of emotional turmoil and suicidal thoughts but one thing is for certain, Jesus is real. You just need to find him. These meditation and self healing never talked about forgiveness.

What's bothering her? Is it because she loss her father or past relationships.so she should fix that first Because yoga is just helping you to forget but not to forgive.

Yoga does not help to forget, it helps to forgive, to be present and be aware of your surroundings and whats wrong, it makes you more aware with yourself and your emotions.

Brat yan ang tawag sa inner child mo. Adult tantrums, or residual behaviour ng childhood na could have been addressed and strengthen you by your guardians who raised you.
