A Bel Air home owned by Osama bin Laden’s half-brother, Ibrahim bin Laden, was listed for $28 million in 2021. Ibrahim, who still owns the 7,100-square-foot property, split his time between this home and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Following the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, he never returned to the U.S. Purchased in 1983, the 1931-built home has seven bedrooms and five bathrooms but has been mostly vacant for 20 years, falling into disrepair. Marketed as a teardown, the asking price was reduced to $21 million as of May 2024.
