Wondering if you were able to get BT working again for the Fosi BT30D? There are some negative reviews on Amazon about it because the BT was defective so maybe this is a bigger issue than just yours?

I've read a number of comments on Amazon that the 50W units just do not get loud enough. I'm looking at the Douk M1 Pro which is 320W. I need to be able to push more clean sound than (according to the reviews) the 50W units can do. Would anyone care to comment on that? Cheers!

    • @hanzdidit
      @hanzdidit  ปีที่แล้ว

I don't really listen to my music that loud so the ones that I bought seem to work just fine. If you're trying to push a huge driver/speaker that would be where I think you would need more white than 50W.

thanx for the video...very helpful as i'm trying to decide. Wrt Fosi BT30D
    1. can u use the output for the passive and active subs at the same time? i.e. running 2 subs, 1 active + 1 passive?
    2. does the bass & sub freq knob control the output to both the active AND passive outputs? or just one of the outputs
    3. can the adaptor be used with a 240v supply?
would really appreciate your answers, its critical for my decision and just cannot find answers online

@@hanzdidit thx for the response....i actually wanna run 2 bass shakers (tactile transducers), from the passive output (in parallel...they are only 25W each)...and i have a separate powered sub i wanna connect to the active output. I then want to be able to control all these speakers Freq and volume. Hence the questions. BTW its for a sim rig. Checked the power and impedence (4ohms each, in parallel = 2 ohms on the amp, and this amp starts at 2ohms ...so i'm ok)...so my speaker selection will work, but i just need some clarity on the questions tx

I have the 30 D and you can run both the passive and the active at the same time. The Frequency works with both but the base does not affect the subwoofers it’s separate it rocks man it’s a good amp. I don’t know about the 240 or not. hope this helps they also make a pro version of this as well and I think it’s like 165 W of channel or something at two homes maybe I don’t know but it’s up there’s more power but I don’t. I can’t vouch for that one.. Read my comments about it and maybe that’ll help you as well. I don’t know but it’s a kick ass little amp for $90 or whatever it is

I really wanted to enjoy your video, as you are comparing at least 3 different Amps i'm interested in, but why are you so bad at communicating WHICH product you're talking about, and you hold it up to the camera, but you DON'T check if it's in focus, so we can't even identify it by it's model number! ??
1st) You start of good enough with how you describe the 1st product as a the "S-299" (tip:START the product review with identifying the product, NOT waiting until the the very end).
2nd) Then you go onto the 2nd product as the Douk Audio, So far, so not so bad right?
3rd) Then what do you go onto? The "Fosi Audio".....wait, you have THREE "Fosi" products in this video, so which one is this ??
4th) Then you talk about the "Nobsound" product (no model I.D. !?) saying "it powers a Sub", but WHICH product is this?? it's not even listed in your video description as one of the products of this video ?? You also say this Nobsound "powers a sub " one moment, then the next moment you say "...is a non-powered subwoofer version..." so wait, does this Nobsound amp power a sub, or not ? Sounds like you're describing a "sub-pre-out" to go to a powered sub ??
While still holding the "Fosi" product and after talking about the Nobsound, you don't say whether the Fosi powers a sub or not, you just finish and put it away ?? (it certainly looks like it has the speaker outputs as if it powers a sub, who knows eh ??)
At the end of the video you display SIX amps, but your video description only lists FIVE ??
Jesus, then it's 10 minutes in before you start lugging all SIX products out and start identifying some of them, but with your comments earlier we don't know which comments go with which product ??
Also the way you confuse the viewer switching describing "powered/non powered" amps with "powered/non powered" subwoofers, aieee !?

@@hanzdidit I'm no different than the other commenters here who recognise you're very scattered presentation would be so much better if you clearly, and concisely, mentioned each model, and bounced around less between them.
For something that could be a simple linear list from bottom to top, you made the most confusing passage bouncing all over the place.
Also be consistent between what products you have in your video, and linked in the description.

Nice review - I am using a FOSI MO-3 to power the subwoofer on my left Definite Technology BP2002 floor standing speaker. The BP2002s have powered subs build into the cabinets. Over time the internal plate amplifiers powering the subwoofers fail. The first time I had the internal plate amplifier and crossover replaced on the right speaker. It was quite expensive over $600. When the left sub amplifier failed last year I decided to wire the sub cone directly to the binding posts on the rear of the speaker and use an external subwoofer amplifier (FOSI MO-3, Texas Instrument chip - class D) to drive the subwoofer cone. It worked beautifully. It was a much less expensive fix.

Yes it will push the app to the limit but it will only put out what it can put out. It's not going to blow out your speaker. If you really want to get some good deep base out of your amp he will need to get a powered sub.
