I remember when you bought this. I'm glad that it's worked out so well! You may want to get a street sweeper in there for the parking lot. You can see lots of papers and random trash in the parking lot. 0:17

Once you get the laundromat business down, looks like a good location to start one.
What is typically the commercial real estate loan structure? For example, how long are you able to pay off the loan. The minimum down payment and typically amortization schedule.
Your dumpster diver was likely looking for papers and documents that had information about your (or the neighboring) business , people's personally identifying information, and/or transactions records for the businesses. You witnessed the bottom of the food chain for identity thieves. Reality is, next to breaking into mailboxes, digging through the trash is the easiest way to get utility bills, bank statements, medical letters, and just about anything with people's personal information on it. And at business locations, you might find old thrown-out credit receipts, invoices, etc. Stealing the identity of a business is a much bigger goldmine than targeting individuals, how often do businesses run their credit reports.

At a dealership, they dropped my husbands truck off the lift. They gave us a real good deal on a new one.
