yeah for about 180 days a year, then we get some rain to keep everything green. Mild winters, mild summers, no earthquakes, no tornadoes or big storms, perfect really cant complain!

More paddle tire content! As an Icelander, having a paddle tire set for every RC is a must. Here it's either fork up some money for paddles for the winter or wait until late spring.

I’ve been rocking my XRT in a similar way up here in Alaska. We got over two feet of snow in the last few weeks and I’m excited to get back out there! Just waiting to get the steering bell crank sorted. I recommend running standard XRT tires up front with Traxxas hybrid paddles in the rear for the best results.

The XRT is a nice set up. I've had the 6s erevo and it was a boss. I'm getting another for sure. I need this hobby in my life. The past few months have been really rough. Thanks for your videos.
Someone once told me that there are no problems out there, you just need to treat them as chalanges! And just like that you won't let some snow stop you from having a blast!!! Awesome video like always!!!

I couldn't "feel anything" with my hands because my hands were freezing lol..

The two things i love the most. Rc and snow
I always put a shroud underneath the cover to stop snow from getting inside the car. After snow bash straight into the tub to melt. Then a can of wd40 on everything metal to stop rusting. Paddle tires are the only way to go. 👍

We just received a bunch of wet Snow in Minnesota and I've been running my XRT with the paddle tires for my XMaxx in the Fields and on the Lakes it's a riot so Fun and not too much damage either! Side note: would you be willing to take a look at the Traxxas TRX-4M? It's an 18th or 24th scale traxxas crawler they just came out with. If it's not available in the UK, then I hope you're able to get one soon!

That's super sick with sand/dunes paddle tires on the snow! Not sure if they make em for R/C trucks, but the individual tracks people put on their trucks, ATVs, side by sides and farm tractors would be really cool on a R/C truck!

It’s still 80°F-26°C in Fl. Lows are 60°F at night and that’s pretty much it for the holidays. The occasional 40°F at night but that’s rare and short lived.
Those race bags you put inside your rc car to keep out dirt,and debris out works great to keep out snow ,,,almost forgot how cold it can get here in time England

Brings back memories as a child had the old school tyco then the outlaw it had a separate engine on the back you could take off and put batteries in for extra power then the ricochet 😂 now we gotten advanced build your own huh pretty neat try the tyco and see what you can come up with

We just started getting snow here and I have a set of paddles on order for my xmaxx!
I'm curious if the snow has the same results as a sand dune test I did years back....you should try running paddles only on the rear and leave the offroad tires on the front

Paddle tires going to have to get some of those, your truck really rips with them on,could have used them last weekend where I live in Wisconsin we have about a foot of snow, so my friends driveway is 500 ' long and pretty much had stay on it, but just maybe those tires would work, great video!

I have a build suggestion. Using the motors in the wheels of the race car that didn’t work so will make a crawler out of the motors it would be a true low center of gravity because of the weight distribution being so low
