Johnson City is ranked #4 in the US by Wall St Journal as best place to live …. No state income tax and some of the lowest costs to live in the country.. this would’ve had 75k views the first week on our FB page

Otherwise, you are simply wasting the realtors' time and everyone else's for that matter. It is a very uncultured first impression and therefore your attempt at sounding presumptuous by implying Tennessee is not a good location for this home is kind of sad in a pathetic way. I feel like I'm doing you a favor bringing awareness to such careless utterances made all too often by men amd women on social media platforms.
