Nice video. Thank you for including the torque specs. It’s amazing how many videos don’t do that.

Thanks for the detailed video. I noticed that the torque specs in this video differ from the torque specs in the service manual for the bearing bolts. In the video they were torqued to 44 ft lbs but in the service manual it states 65 ft lbs. I'm assuming 65 is the correct measurement. The other specifications given for the caliper and axel nuts were correct (122 ft lbs and 92 ft lbs)

absolutely great video, a true knowledgeable mechanic, clear and concise. Only missed where you reinstalled the center axle bolt, not a big deal so Thanks much

Thanks for the video, amazed at the amount of rust on the knuckle and suspension parts. I'd probably safely try painting some of it with a truck bed liner to try to stop further rust from happening on this high quality Nissan rice burner. Blaster brand also makes a very good, affordable newer underbody rust prevention spray as well. Probably the best out there regardless of price, and doesn't wash away with water. (does anyone other than me feel embarrased to drive a Sentra. It's like the car sucks all masculinity out of you. Especially the auto transmission versions. Such a heavy price to not find oneself walking.)

Wait a minute! You cheated! You AVOIDED the TOUGHEST part of SEPARATING the rotor from the hub!!! Come on man! My Nissan Sentra 2010 with less than 10% of rusted rotor is STUCK to the hub and I can’t separate them! Yet you are showing a brand new shining rotor that easily removed from the hub.
Instead, as a sign of true empathy to your viewers, you should have shown your sweating and frustration in how you went through and made it to that shining rotor. You see, THAT IS HOW among thousands of films made in a year only few get nominated to Oscar! Not even getting the Oscar! Making a TRUE, REAL, HONEST experience of changing a wheel bearing is no different!
There you have it. I gave you the secret in making great successful videos. That shining rotor is offensive to your viewers. It is like performing magic than real “how to” video.

Dealing with the same issue on my gf's 2010 Sentra, did you finally get yours off? If so, how? I'm pretty sure I screwed up her hub now because I beat on the rotor with a 4lb hammer too many times. Rotor is still on, so I can't even get to the hub if I wanted to. Gonna try heat on Sunday, 🤞also have the shocks, sway bar links, and tie rod ends waiting to go on once I get the damn rotors off.

Does the hub and bering have to receive the abs sensor? I don't see any hole or notch for the sensor on the replacement hub

And let's be honest, Nissan is definitely NOT known for the paint jobs on their cars. Especially the Sentra. Just terrible if you ask me. Terrible. It's like they apply 1 coat of water based primer + paint on the damn things from a spray can.
