It operates automatically when the hydraulic pressure drops below a certain level. The fact it kept on barking probably meant there was an issue with the hydraulic pressure onboard your aircraft. (You need hydraulics to put the landing gear up and down) which would explain why it kept going after take off and started again before landing 😊

Well at least Albania, a small country in europe has a national airline. In my country, which is often called the giant of africa Nigeria, we don't even have a national airline and that's embarrassing. 😑
The 3D Scanners are to not pull out of the bag the electronic devices. Albania is not EU and therefore the rule of the 100+ml liquids is not in force here.
I am glad I found your video, I am no engineer, but if they let low hydraulics continue like on your flight then I think I will look for a different flight. Doesn't seem that safe to me.
