I agree. I used to take off an aspargus spear off my grandfathers plate every time supper time would come around. Some nights he’d give me a sad look or tell me he needed those every bite of aspargus to sustain his feeble frame. but most of the times he’d just chunkle warmly and say: “Eat up, boy!” Now I just stare at the bag of aspargus in my apartment and wonder what it would be like to grab just one more spear. Made me think of him Just missing him extra today. Jacksons just like me and I am just like him and life is a beautiful thing. Love the Trackers, miss Grandpa (his name was Tim too) Peace and Love to all Thanks for hearing my story
You are so very lucky to have had grandparents in your life to fill you with love and memories. As a grandmother, having had a really great one, I strive to be the best version on me every moment I am with them. I know lots of people who only vaguely remember meeting their grandparents, or they were gone before they born. They say you don't miss what you never had... but we know how much greatness there is to miss. My advice is Be the greatness that is cherished memories,
I don't typically leave comments on videos but I just wanted to say that your vlogs always put me in the best of moods. My father past away in early September and some of my best memories with him were made in Disney and on Disney cruises. He was visually impaired and Tims dad reminds me of him a lot so seeing him in these cruise videos has weirdly brought me some sense of comfort
Love seeing the two of you sharing together at the end of your day. Reminds me of my late husband and me, he was my Disney play partner. I miss him so much. He would love being on a Disney cruise.
Cruise line stage manager here! Having worked for another cruise company, I have a little insight here on what your cruise director was talking about. The cast is most likely one company with all of the performers playing different parts in each of the productions. However, there could be some cast performers that only do one show depending on their contract. What your cruise director hinted at with them having only a few more shows left, is that a new company will come on and take over after they've had technical rehearsals, which will be scheduled when the theatre is not in operation (i.e. port days, late at night, etc.). Some companies might keep the last cast on while the new cast rehearses. The new cast would most likely take up passenger cabins and then switch with the new cast debarks at the end of their contract. However, companies don't like to do this as it takes away revenue. Nine times out of ten casts change every six months. Which is usually the standard, however it does depend on the company.
Adam, Joe here, I think the CD was just promoting the other stage shows as in saying "3 more ON YOUR cruise" because when I did a Disney cruise our CD said the same thing and when I worked on other cruises (like valdemort they shall not be named....however I will say the names rhyme with Darnivsl and Folland America haha) and our CD would say things like that to promote the other stage shows.
@@AdventureBoundWithAinsleyJoe That makes sense as well. They probably do two shows a day for two straight days, change over the set night of last show, guest entertainer next night or two, then next show with two days of two performances each day. That’s how I did it.
@@AdamK0822 they have two showtimes but they only do each show one night of the cruise so Aladdin is one night, frozen is another night and so on and so forth.
This is Sol! I’m the one who wanted to know about the shows! I can’t believe you remembered my name 💛😍 I’ve only seen clips of the tangled show and the beauty and the beast one and they looked amazing. I had never seen anything about the frozen or Aladdin one. Super interested to know if they are as good as the other ones.
This video made me so emotional. It so amazing how Tim and Jen get to spoil grandma and grandpa tracker, Jackson, and even Lynn!!! Not only that they get to enjoy with their close friends. They’re so humble and just such a great family. It’s so inspiring and makes me hopeful to do this one day for my family. You guys work so hard to deliver the best content
"I wonder if there was a reason why they had to clean it - like a snicker's bar or something" - Tim Tracker Summer Cruise 2022 Pool Cleaning Observation
I have been a fan since the VERY BEGINNING, and i have to say it’s so nice to see Tim’s parents in the video. His mom was never in them very much, but she was always there, and had the most amazing and best gifts for them. Tim’s dad, and brother were always in the vids. So glad he can be with his family again! ❤️
Former Disney Cruise Line MainStage performer here! The same cast, about 32 to 35 people including character performers, perform all show on your cruise… so about 5 to 7 shows depending on length of cruise. So yes the performers in Aladdin are also in Frozen are also in Believe are also in the Farewell show (if there is one) I performed in the Disney Magic 2012/2013!!
Not uncommon for a lot of theater. Sometimes there are double casts where the roles are switched between lead and ensemble. The talent always amazes me on how they can switch like that!! (Theater mom here, my daughter just finished a production that was triple cast!)
My sister works in professional theatre, you heard right. The same cast does every show. So each actor/actress learns and performs multiple roles/shows each cruise. Amazing!
I have been watching y'all for YEARS. But my favorite videos are these cruise videos. They are so fun to watch and I really enjoy seeing you guys enjoy the day and showing what the ships have to offer. :)
It sounded like you guys had Nuno as your Remy server! We had him the following week, and he was phenomenal. His wife was our server in the rotational dining. They were the cutest!
Loved how Jackson plays golf ! Your dad with the agreeing the dom bubbles tasted like stars ✨ I’m so happy you’ve had this special time with your mum and dad ! Great vlog x x
Yes. The same team performs all the production shows during the entire cruise. It is fairly standard in the industry. In fact, I have seen some production show performers do entertainment on other parts of the ship. FWIW, they are truly that talented and are industry professionals, with experience in land-based theatrical shows
Your parents are cracking me up 😂😂 when you asked your dad "can you taste the stars?" :"Yeess!" And when you said "reminds me of what my MOM used to make" and the look she gave you 😂😂 they're adorable
That’s so weird I was just on the Disney dream and there was only 1200 guest onboard our ship which was so unusual compared to a full ship at 2400, the dinning room was always half empty, people sitting alone, not a huge line for food and plenty of open chairs on the open deck, when it came to trivia and certain activities on board many times we didn’t have enough people to make it work as it should. Love your vlogs!!
It's just SO MUCH Better seeing your parents and your friends on this Memory filled Cruise! God has Blessed ALL of you and WILL continue to do so.. Sending much Love and Hugs from Tammy in PA
Art Nova is based in on nature popular in 1910s, 1920s. Art Deco is more abstract (random shapes) and later than art nova. The lighting in the atrium is very art nova.

We were told by a cast member that there is a “troupe” of entertainment cast members. Not only do they perform all the shows, they are also the characters.
Food, golf, characters, and Aladdin made for such an amazing cruise day. I’m so glad you were able to fit a show into the day too. I’ve never been on a Disney cruise, but my family loves Carnival and Royal Caribbean, and I loved the shows on the trips we went on. Disney putting their own magic into cruise entertainment just means the show HAD to be a spectacle.
Another great video. Although I was sad when I heard you excited for castaway cay because, as we know now, it was not a good beach day. One more reason to take another Disney cruise!
Jen the thumbnail pic of you is so great. Also, 100% polish woman here and it makes me laugh about your moms reactions. “It’s ok” “it’s ok” such a typical polish reaction 🤣
Hi! My son is the lighting and special effects person on the Fantasy and he's home at the moment and we've just watched the vlog! He says there's only one cast and they are brilliant. He's really pleased you liked all the special effects. He said the genie masks are scary when you see them backstage!
Yes. The cast of the shows is the same the entire time. They also participate in character meet and greets on the ship. They do it all! It's impressive.
Hi Tim and Jen, 29:59 That is very typical for shows that are back to back! The cast and crew will know different shows and have a very quick turnaround to get ready for the next show!
Art Nouveau was approx 1890-1910. It's flowery and curvy. Art Deco was between WWI and WWII. It's straight lines and geometric patterns. A way to remember is to think of Lord of the Rings. Art Nouveau is elves and Art Deco is dwarves. 🙂
As a person that has done that show on the fantasy…the genie masks are just as terrifying for us to wear lol and yes the WDT MainStage performers do EVERY show
Can’t believe you guys don’t regularly see the shows! I found them to be absolutely incredible and beautiful. The cast is so versatile. Go to them all!!!
The cast does multiple shows, but it’s the same cast! This is what always blows me away. It’s fun to try to spot some of the same cast members in the next show. I’m glad you’re going to the shows this trip, they are one of my favorite parts of disney cruising
A word of advice. When on a cruise, do not pay extra for aged wine. The rocking of the ship actually ruins the aging process of the wine and inevitably make it taste the same as newer wine. At least this is what I've been told by wine connoisseurs.
The broadway shows are preformed by the same team every cruise! Which makes it so much cooler, because of how much they have to learn. They stay on for about 6 months.
I feel like a wise woman, watching this while I’m eating ☺️ Although every once in a while I still make the mistake of watching a Tracker video hungry 😅🙈
