Awesome orchids. I also had a huge collection of orchids and carnivorous plans at home, near Kyiv... But I had to leave my home because of Russian war and 90 % of my plans just died ((( but kingianum hybrid - Bery Oda is still alive as my neighbor told me. It is still in flower...because it is cold tolerant. Miss my home and hope to smell this awesome flowers as soon as possible
I hope you get to see your home again soon and rebuild your collection of orchids and carnivorous plants. If I wasn't so far away id donate some plant babies to you. Stay strong and well, sending positive vibes your way.
Haha, 'planty rabbit hole' resonated with me. I'm currently on moss and terrarium/paludarium plants. Saw some awesome ecosystems set up around nepenthes and orchids, so down the hole we go! Thanks for sharing all your other gorgeous plants with us. :)
"The proper way to appreciate and obsess on plants is to collect them all" 😂😂😂 bro, I didn't know there were more varieties of kingianum. Now I'm going to have to by more as well as more Pinguiculas 😂 dammit!
I love easy orchids to grow along side my carnie plants! I have a Pinocchio lady slipper and soon , a mini-phalarenopsis. Outside, I just got a Grass Pink Orchid (Calopogon tuberosus) and it has pretty much the same care as Sarracenias and VFTs!
My Rabbit hole was Carnivorous plants…. I have about 200 orchids which turned into about that many Pings…. But the Pings take up about 1/10th the space.. lol I don’t have a kingianum.. I may have to look into them if they are that cold tolerant..
Ha, I don't think I've ever noticed how much Spanish Moss is hanging around the nursery over there! Good to know I'm not the only one keeping Tillandsia and carnivorous plants, I think my friends think I'm insane! ... They might still be right though...
Yeeeeesssss i would totally love to see a nursery sell carnivorous plants and orchids. Sounds like heaven 😍

Could you do an orchid care guide? I’m think of getting into them but not sure about the care.
We’ll work on one!

The Calopogon are some of our favorites!
What do you mean by growing with nepenthes? Like putting them in the same pot with them?
They can grow together in the same pot or side by side in the same conditions

Bwhahaha! It’s the best kind of insane
How can I come to your nursery to purchase plants? Are you open to the public ever?
Not right now. And they said that they might not open to the public again and stay online.
Unfortunately we are closed to the public and do not plan to reopen at this time. We are working on a plan for tours though 😊
These are native to my area and can cover cliff sides
Amazing! That must be so beautiful!
