My first visit to Hell's Kitchen on the Strip was in Nov. 2021 and I neglected to get the Beef Wellington (made up for that in Oct. 2023) but, like you, I ordered the Smoke on the Boulevard cocktail! Loved the table-side presentation of that (I have it on video). I had the filet mignon on that 2021 trip, and paired it with those delightfully smooth mashed potatoes. Aren't they sinful?! Originally I was going to come to Vegas for my 50th birthday (late March 2020) but we all know what happened. My birthday was canceled. But Adam, the incomparably attentive maitre' d (whose station was right by my table) asked me if I was celebrating anything. I told him matter-of-factly the answer was both yes and no, because ostensibly it was for my birthday, though that was 17 months prior. He made sure I was COMPED a sticky toffee pudding! I had taken delayed gratification to a new level, but that dessert made it worth the wait. I'd kill for one right now! Love your reviews, Shin! On this particular one, I KNOW what you're talking about!!

I’ve been to Hell’s Kitchen 3 times and loved it every time. I can’t wait for Ramsey’s kitchen to open. I’ll be in Vegas in late November so I hope it will be open by then. Loving your videos, can’t wait for more.

Chef Ramsey seems to own Vegas out of all the celebrity chefs. Harrahs in Southern California just opened a Hell's Kitchen restaurant recently as well. Everything did look tasty. Nice you and your sister could share a meal together. Excellent work as always Shin!!

Thank you for your review. It's exactly what i needed and was looking for. Im a picky eater and was planning on getting the short ribs. I like my steaks medium well or well done at home. I physically get sick with medium or under. I have been looking for a video or picture of the inside of the ribs. I feel alot more comfortable going in now.

We went there in 2021. Overall, I am glad that we went and enjoyed it. We got different things and shared. Appetizers: Loved the scallops, the lobster risotto was not to our liking. The Lobster was off and the rice had huge chunks of what seemed to be raw onion in it. Entrees: Loved the wellington & sides. The NY Strip we got was very fatty. Loved the Brussel sprout side we got. The real star for us was the sticky toffee pudding. I could eat that all day long. We also really enjoyed the espresso martinis. The service was impeccable.

Hi Shin! Hope you are doing well! I’m behind on watching my TH-cam videos due to that little thing called work…isn’t Gordon Ramsey one of the best! He knows how to set up a restaurant…wow! He has merch. Ok I am interested to see how your sister enjoyed the Lobster Rissotto…he opened a location here in CA not too far from me. And Bill and Lisa the other TH-camrs I watched didn’t have a good Risotto. I told them maybe it’s because it’s a new location still and chefs still perfecting the dishes. Ok so the Vegas location seems to be better…I see Gordon gets the The “Shin Smile of approval” is what I call it…thank you to your sister and you for taking the time to dine there and to give us an insight to another great dining option. Work catches up to all of us, certainly understand that. And chef Ramsay is definitely one of my favorite celebrity chefs for sure. I watched Bill and Lisa's trip to the socal Harrahs location and it does seem that they have some kinks to work out. The seasoned chefs at the Vegas location absolutely killed it for my sister and I. I love Hell’s Kitchen! The flaming pitchfork looks SO cool after dark. The prix fixe menu is a pretty good value for 3 courses of excellent food!

I was having this conversation with a friend recently and it definitely seems like Pepsi is at least twice as popular among the biggest restaurants here. Such a shame as I'm definitely part of team Coca Cola.

Everything looked amazing except for the prices. Holy moly... All I can think about is what I can make at home for that money. Im a pretty good cook... Especially if I buy good ingredients for a fraction of what they charge. Anyways... Love your channel as always... Hope your sister enjoyed everything as you did. Cheers
Yeah, prices are sky high at most restaurants in Vegas nowadays. You're paying for the food as well as the experience and it definitely comes at a premium. If it wasn't for TH-cam, I would be eating at these places much more seldomly. Thanks for watching!

Love the food but def gonna recommend everyone except those with an extreme sweet tooth to stay away from that dessert. It is so extremely sweet i couldnt handle it, it made my wife come taste like water. Go for the 3 coconut instead

Isn’t the dress code business casual?
If it is, they do not enforce it at all. I've seen plenty of guys in basketball jerseys, shorts and baseball caps the handful of times I've been to Hell's Kitchen. Of his restaurants, I think only his Steak restaurant at the Paris enforces a dress code. Thanks for watching!

Lunch seems weird.
Dinner makes for a much nicer atmosphere here for sure Jim. The lighting becomes much more intimate. I think I recall having to drop my sister off at the airport soon after our lunch here so dinner wasn't an option for us that weekend. Thanks for watching!
