Some people genuinely have emergencies and need to leave their homes. But there are those selfish, thoughtless ones who do not heed warnings, get caught in life threatening circumstances and put in jeopardy the lives of first responders and organizations like the US Cajun Navy. Not only that, but take away opportunities and resources from those who really need them.
