I love president Russell M Nelson! I know that he is the mouthpiece of the Lord Jesus Christ, and I also know that the 12 apostles speak the mind and will of the Lord. If we follow what our dear prophet says, our lives will flourish, and we will have eternal life with our family, and our dear father in Heaven forever.
What outstanding euphoric messages from each person that spoke from begining to the concluding blessing that Our Beloved Prophet, President Nelson pronounced upon the California Saints. I am actually encased by the sacred presence of The Holy Ghost as He is testifying to me that every word spoken was a dictating from The Heavenly Realm. My cup overfloweth with gratitude beyond the ability to express what sacred joy fills my soul. I am so grateful to be led by this Heavenly, Holy Spokesman, our Prophet, Seer, and Revelator. I know that there are no safer voices to follow than the fifteen that stand and act in their ordained leadership. Sister Wendy Nelson is so spiritually beautiful ❤️❤️, I know angels surround her My prayers for their safety are spoken morning and at night.
I feel lifted every time I hear these messages it helps me so very much I feel so guilty I have had such a horrendous situation at home since I was baptized that has not allowed me to fully participate the way I know all members must. I am praying this will change I am praying.

I've prayed for you, and if you desire, Jesus Christ will send the Holy Spirit to bring you peace, comfort, and wise counsel to your mind and to your heart, so that you can move forward with Him right by your side. God loves you so much, that He sent Jesus Christ to die for you, and to suffer physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally, so that He can really help you to have forever joy.
I thought it was interesting he mentioned to be kind to “the children of Israel who are living in or coming to California..." I had a distinct impression refugees will be coming there… and many of them will be Russians and Ukranians in the coming months. The Lord is gathering His lost and scattered 10 tribes.

President Nelson is the prophet and speaks the truth. We will be safe following the prophet. Seek the truth by prayer, read the scriptures, and studying what the prophet and his apostles have said. Ask Heavenly Father and he shall reveal the truth to you. Ask your questions with a sincere heart, with real intent, and a humble heart. I love President Nelson.
I found this broadcast a bit underwhelming. With everything we deal with in California- massive cost increases, wildfires, power outages, high taxes, soft on crime, tons of regulations, tyrannical mandates- some here feel oppressed. Yet, the main takeaway from this broadcast is “stay in California and be an influence for good “
Well the main takeaway I got from it was different from yours. While I agree with u we are going through all those things I felt like he was saying...the Lord needs Saints in California. And as long as we are living the gospel to the best of our ability the Lord will bless us beyond measure to minimize the trials and tribulations that are coming. And they will be more and more. We won't escape every single thing but I believe his message of truth....hope and living as an example his Lord telling us He will lead us along through turf things. I have Faith and know He will. We can't always see things our Prophet sees. I remember many members of the church asking what the Proclamation of the Family was for. Seemed like stuff that was pretty clear already.....and welll....now we know why. You only get out of the Prophet says what you want to.
The Book of Mormon describes that exact things as bondage and captivity… several times in Book of Mormon the believers flee from such things… iron rod, grab it

I agree, that we are indeed here to make our lives better for ourselves and for others. I have humbly exercised your first invitation you speak of, that of Seeking Truth. I have done as your good wife mentioned here, to follow the prophet in seeking answers to the challenges of our day. As we all know; Satan is working over time, he wants nothing more than to take away our free agency and strip away our identities as children of God, and let them not know of their divine potential. Whenever I wrestle with matters that apply to my eternal salvation, I not only seek the wise council of a Prophet of God, but from my Father in Heaven as well. With serious matters facing each of us today, I also look to the scriptures and search for answers, (not the internet). I spent hours searching in a lot of different areas within the scriptures, too many to mention here. Then I came across in Ether Ch 8 and read two particular verses found in that chapter, verses 24 & 25: . . . These two verses stook out like a sore thumb. I could feel the spirit burn within me and confirm to me the truth I was seeking; As I was pondering the significance of these two verses, the Lord revealed to me in no uncertain terms, that under no condition should I wear a mask and comply to mandates imposed by evil men in governments around the world. You will understand why as you read both verses 24 & 25. President, your stewardship is to ensure the Savior's Church here upon the earth is safe and secure, I can't even imagine that mantle of responsibility. How grateful I am for you and the brethren, but especially the guidance we receive when we search for ourselves truth and understanding in our world today. I love and sustain you, you are in my heart and prayers. We are indeed created in the image of God, there is nothing more that Satan wants than to take away our identity. We are literal sons and daughters of a kind and loving Heavenly Father. . . . I truly believe that God is looking down on his children, and is weeping as he sees our freedom being taken away in his name. He has taught us that we have our agency, to invite all to come unto Christ' (D&C 20:59). I urge you and the brethren to take off your masks now, it's time.

Yet then you say you received a prompting that "...under no condition should I wear a mask and comply to mandates imposed by evil men in governments...." I hope you can see what a great contradiction this is; Pres. Nelson has exhorted us ALL to be vaccinated and to wear masks! Either you believe his counsel is inspired or you don't.
You tell us to seek truth but you won't talk about the troubling points of church history because it isn't "faith promoting." Faith does not always equal truth. Christ said by their fruits. Acknowledge ALL fruits.

it seems like we lost a significant number of members in California and elsewhere and perhaps wards have shrunk or disappeared altogether. Being truthful, sincere, open, and not hiding or holding back are what prophets do. Kind of seems on the reason behind the message. Modern prophets are not like the prophets of the 1990;s and before. We seem to have lost something like the purposed mentioned in our Book of Mormon and D&C.

Probably about the same as it will be for folks who leave Utah. Lots of environmental and many other problems there.

I was manipulated by the members in my ward so I don't go anymore indiscriminated cuz I'm disabled and have some CI impairments
